Overall, the couch is good and well made. However, I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the leather, especially after all the hype about "hygge" on the website. The leather has a slick, pebbled look instead of a more natural rich feel. In retrospect, I should have researched the difference between top grain and full grain. The maestro chaise sectional looks a bit clunky and the chaise seating is already sagging after only a few months. There is no trial period and returns are nonexistant. Buyer beware, wish I had gone with Poly and Bark.

Good quality and very comfortable. The leather feels soft, and the recline works well. Delivery took longer than expected, but the chair itself is great.

The sofa is PERFECT for our new home, our family loves it! Will definitely buy here again in the future.

I bought some Finn & Form when my mom told me to go check it out. I went online and browsed, and end up buying a recliner sofa, it was pretty good. The stitching is good detail and leater is pretty good quality. The delivery took about 3 weeks to come.

The fabric feels durable and high quality, and it is super easy to clean

I wanted to buy a leather sofa from Finn & Form, but I am very hesitant because they will not send me a small leather swatch. I have worked in the furniture business for years and find this extremely unusual, especially for a company that only sells furniture online. It makes me question the quality of their leather and furniture. All the photo and video reviews of their furniture seem to be by content creators and not by actual customers.

They showcase a designer “Giulia M.” for their sofas – but she appears to be completely made up, likely a stock photo with a fake bio. The site’s luxury claims (like leather from “Nordic cows given weekly hand baths”) sound absurd and totally unverified. Almost all the reviews I saw were five-stars and read like marketing copy, many not even confirmed real buyers. Plus, the company provides no real address or background, just a slick site with constant “sales” and “only a few left” warnings that feel manipulative. The overall vibe is too good to be true. Bottom line: Be extremely cautious – Finn & Form’s practices suggest a scammy operation. I personally won’t be risking my money there.

We bought this sectional about four months ago, and it's been holding up great with two kids and a dog constantly jumping on it. The cushions are firm but comfortable, and I love how much seating space it offers. For the price, it’s honestly better than some of the sofas we saw in local stores that were twice as much.

The products are amazing, modern, and stylish. Excellent delivery and product were packaged extremely well. The packaging of my sofa was the best I've ever seen!

Recently ordered a modular sofa and it was exactly as described. I put it together myself in about an hour and it looks great in the living room. It was packed extremely well and arrived in perfect condition.

I think this company is a total scam. I was unable to reach anyone to cancel my order after emails were left unreturned. No one answers the phone, and they only responded and tried to reach me AFTER I disputed the charge with my credit card company. But the calls came from an undisclosed phone number, and they left me messages asking my why I wanted to cancel but still didn’t cancel. Do not order from this company. I truly don’t believe they exist and/or have actual products.

The couch is beautiful. It has a very low back, but we got used to it. I had some trouble attaching two legs because the holes didn't align perfectly, but I managed to secure them. So far, I'm thrilled with the quality and price.
