We've purchased two toilet paper holders, which are very nice. We accidentally ordered the wrong version, but thanks to the support team, who were super responsive, we were able to obtain a refund and order the correct product. Excellent customer service !
I'd misjudged how the BERNO toilet paper holder would fit into the environment after installation. I contacted customer service, who responded quickly and offered me a full refund, including postage, once I had returned it and ordered another model. I should point out that the other model cost less. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
