Emma was lovely and so was Graham the surveyor. I feel clear that I’m getting the correct windows and doors. I just hope the fitters will do a professional job too. I also received up dates via email from customer services.

Would highly recommend Fineline Windows. We moved into our new house and noticed the back door needed replacing so we contacted Fineline for a quote. From the start communication was great and Dev from the installations team kept us up to date with everything. Tony installed our door and did an amazing job, making sure it was exactly how we wanted it and the finish is stunning. Couldn’t be happier with our new door.

Fitters arrived on time. Worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. They were pleasant throughout.
Office contacts were polite and efficient.

Fineline provided an excellent, efficient service. Our new patio door is top quality. This is the third time we have gone to Fineline. Their staff are helpful, friendly and professional and their fitters highly skilled. Our fitters Marc & Nigel were outstanding. Dev in the installation team and Richard in sales were incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much bother. I will definitely use them again. Will not go anywhere else.

Jon & Jackson installed my enclosed porch and were fantastic. They worked amazingly and the end result was overwhelming. I was shown how to use the mechanism properly for door and window. They worked quick and very thorough. When completed I realised something was missing and messaged customer service, Dev responded quickly and started his enquiries with the manufacturer. Dev has also been very helpful throughout, assisting me with any Qs & As. This is the company to use if you want professionalism and great customer service, which I am sure you know is quite rare in this day and age.

The fitter Tony did a very professional and expert job even when there was a problem which was unexpected he quickly found a solution and corrected it ,he was very tidy and thorough.The customer service from Dev was also excellent.Would highly recommend this company.

We had a conservatory / extension built by Fineline / SehBac, completed September 2025. All was well despite a couple of mistakes made by the builders which were eventually corrected.

In early January the power circuit to half the house and the new room tripped and couldn’t be reset. We called the Fineline electrician who had done the wiring etc as it was an emergency. He isolated the problem which was caused by condensation on a socket in the extension. He reported this to Fineline who sent a couple of workers to fix the problem and all has been well.

As the building is under guarantee I sent the electricians bill to Fineline. Fineline ignored my email and the bill. Eventually I paid the bill and notified Fineline that I expected them to reimburse me. They suggested that they had not received my emails which I had sent as a reply to one of their earlier emails to make sure that I had not made an email address error. Anyway, I sent them copies of the emails which they then did receive.

Several weeks later I heard from the Project Manager giving their version of events, inviting me to comment, which I did on the 21st May. Since when silence has reigned supreme.

Life is too short to chase a big well resourced company for a little over £300, so I will absorb the bill.

But this serves as a warning to Fineline / SehBac customers. All is mostly OK, until you get a guarantee problem. BEWARE the guarantee.

Following SehBac response, emailed me on 18th June, quibbling about detail. I responded 25th June. They acknowledged 25th June, saying they would respond very soon.

Silence since then.

We have used fineline twice before for windows the 1st time was over 26 years ago and the last time was 4 years ago ans so a very well made product. We like that you can pay a deposit of 50% and then have 3 years interest free finance. The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions as to the light we might get into the refurbished conservatory with a solid roof he suggested two panels of glass in the roof, My only suggestion to him would be that we would have liked to pay some of our deposit on a credit card to get section 75 cover should the company go into liquidation. We instead went to the local site and arranged a small payment on our card. When we printed out our terms and conditions it said we could pay our deposit on a credit card.

This was the second time of using Fineline Windows. The first time was well over 30 years ago and guessed the company was doing something right as still in business. When thinking about who to have to have fit a smaller window in the front of our house we immediately thought of Fineline as the 30 year old patio doors look nearly as good as new. We certainly made the right decision because everything was perfect from start to finish. Everybody involved was friendly and professional from Dev at customer services and Tony who did an excellent job installing our window. Would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

Nigel and Mark did a fantastic job installing our new windows. They were both very polite and respectful of our home. The work was finished on time and to a very high standard. Excellent service.

No typical sales pressure. I discussed everything I wanted and walked away with just a brochure and estimate to think upon. Found the whole experience so refreshingly uncomplicated that I put my order in the next day. Am looking forward to my new windows and doors.

I would like to thank Marc and Nigel you did an excellent job thank you so much for,also thank you dev for your continuous support over the phone with updates,I would also like to thank John,scott and the lady who rang me on how it was going.This firm replaced my windows even though I had shutters not many firms would do this if you have shutters.once again thank you Marc and Nigel for everything .I will use this firm again if I need any windows replacing

This was the third time we have used Fineline Windows and are delighted with the whole experience. Our door was fitted perfectly by Tony who made sure we were happy with everything and demonstrated the locking system. Throughout the whole process the members of staff have been very helpful, Scott the surveyor made sure the door would meet our expectations, Tony fitted it and left everything sparkling and Dev in customer service kept us fully informed. We've no hesitation in recommending Fineline for quality and great customer service.

We've recently had new windows and doors fitted and the service from the beginning to the end so far has been first class. Paul our salesman was professional from the beginning and the installation team , Jon and his son did a fantastic job at the installation. Including our partly blocked bathroom window.
We have an issue with the manufacture of some of the frames which is currently being looked into.
