Thank you David (Israel) for the great review on our Neat Elite Brass Lock. When DHL Courier is used we can provide phone numbers and email addresses to them. However if there is a problem with an item that is posted via Royal Mail, the customer or us as the sender must contact them. Almost all our orders are trackable and we email a tracking code and website link once an order has been shipped. We ask customers to please check our emails are not in their spam folder. If so, it is important to move them out of spam and back to the 'In' folder instead. Rest assured we will always try and help if there is a postal issue. Happy Boxmaking - The FineBoxHardware Team.

Excellent quality products
Excellent quality products, a bit expensive, but worth it!
I have some similar but cheaper ones that in no way compare. These are tight, beautiful, and finished to a much more jewel like luster. You can’t do better if you want Quality.
