Una auténtica basura. El prospector no sirve para nada; salen muchos correos duplicados, otros muchos que ya no existen y de una lista de 2.000 leads tal vez te encuentra 200 leads reales.

Aparte, la interfaz es horrible, hay muy poca personalización (la cual funciona muy mal), las métricas de los correos que te muestran SON FALSAS Y ERRÓNEAS y la atención al cliente es inexistente (hasta me han llegado a sacar del grupo de WhatsApp).

Por favor, NO ADQUIRÁIS LOS SERVICIOS DE ESTOS ESTAFADORES.

Opciones como smartlead le dan mil vueltas a este software.

Do not trust them.
Renaged on a lifetime deal by not updating credits and not maintaining thier own Chrome app which Google have removed.
They are only offering 5% of the original credits to move to V2 of the software. So it looks like all the early adopters have been shafted!

To make a long story short, canceling or downgrading your plan is not straight forward. Though, your dashboard my reflect you are on the free plan you are not actually on that plan. There is a different dashboard with no way to get to it from the site where that change is actually made. Failure to do so will result in them not sending you an emails and then charging you out of the blue a year or so down the line. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Hasta ahora la herramienta para conseguir contactos en linkedin más sencilla que he encontrado. hay alguna categoría que parece que no hay tantos leads pero es la que más listados para trabajar me ha facilitado.

Horrible experience, I have been receiving emails from different companies that bought my email though this "company". My email is not public so I dont know what´s going on here.., there's no option to contact the for removal so now my lawyers has work.
NEVER BUY EMAILS OF PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO GET YOUR EMAILS! Avoid this practice and make a better product!

They sold a lifetime deal with 2,000 monthly credits some years ago, with all future updates included for the same product... promised in the terms. Now, they give us the option to either stay on an outdated tool without receiving the newest update and keeping our 2,000 credits or "migrating" to the newly updated same product and accepting just 100 credits. This is a breach of the TOS between the company and the purchasers. Stay away! Shady! By the way, to make it even shadier, they tell all old customers there would be a "new product". Obviously, they just want to save costs after changing their data provider and don't care about the terms of our contracts. Legally, it is 100% the same product. You can't trust them!

Very risky, violates LinkedIn's TOS.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto su un offerta LIFETIME di APPsumo e per circa 1 anno non l'ho mai usato poichè non avevo l'esigenza.

Quando ho iniziato ad usarlo sono subito iniziati i problemi. In primo luogo non promette quello che fa, poichè non invia il massimale di email quotidiano che indica all'interno del pannello di controllo.

La cosa più grave è legata al fatto che l'assistenza risponde a distanza da due tre giorni dalla segnalazione del problema. Questo rende praticamente inutilizzabile l'applicazione.

Io non so se è perchè sono un cliente APPsumo o semplicemente perchè loro sono disorganizzati, quello che è certo è che ci stiamo trovando molto molto male. SCONSIGLIATO

I purchased this product on a LIFETIME offer from APPsumo and for about 1 year I have never used it as I did not need it.

When I started using it, the problems started immediately. In the first place, it does not promise what it does, as it does not send the daily email ceiling that it indicates within the control panel.

The most serious thing is linked to the fact that the assistance responds two or three days after the problem was reported. This makes the application practically unusable.

I don't know if it's because I am an APPsumo customer or simply because they are disorganized, what is certain is that we are finding ourselves very very badly. NOT RECOMMENDED
