Quick response to my enquiry, Graham came and did a great job, will definitely book again for next month.

Colin Sewell is the owner of this company for which I have worked several months. A very dishonest person who doesn't pay his contractors out for completed jobs like this happened to me. Thats why I stopped working for this company. "Findalocalgardener" rates are expensive for which you can get better qualified gardeners at your local gardening/landscaping centre as "findalocalgardener" company uses a lot of unqualified gardeners with little or no experience. A company I surely not would recommend.

I had to leave home for a couple months so I paid for the two month service package which I was told included grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weeding among other things. I told my landlord everything would be taken care of. Upon return, it appeared nothing had been done. Grass was knee high, and all plants and weeds were out of control. My neighbors said they saw a person show up once and do incomplete work. The owner said they showed up twice. Either way, my garden was a mess. I asked what happened, and requested them to clean it up. After over three weeks of asking and only receiving "Will let you know shortly" in response, I was able to clean up my garden myself and get only half of my money back. Not much considering the work I put in to fix the mess and the fact that my grass has to be replanted in several areas. If there was a miscommunication or mistake, I could understand that. But there was zero effort to either fix the issue or explain what had happened which was most frustrating.

Please don't be fooled by fake positive reviews.

The gardeners do a good job . Just a shame the office staff don't no anythingthing about gardening . Just answer the phone book you in . Then past the work on . Any sales man cud do that . Y sud you have to pay up front for the gardener ??? . If you are not happy you don't get your money back . Just excuses . There take your money then run . Then there will ring you in a couple of weeks . Asking if you want your gardens doing . No thanks

The chap worked hard, did a good job, and left things tidy. I shall most probably use "Local Gardener" in the future.

They let you have a gardener for as long at you can afford, and they can come back again when you have more funds until the job is done, excellent work as well

I booked a gardener for 4 hours, he turned up on time to cut my mums hedge. Did a great job and tidied all of the clippings into bags. Very happy with the result and would recommend to others.

I have been happy with Mark my gardener, but when I was sent my last invoice it told me to ‘pay promptly as we pay our gardeners weekly’. Two days later I received a text from Olivia to say that my account was overdue for payment (I was on holiday), she went on to say we pay our gardeners every Friday and she wanted payment today. The work had been done just two days earlier and the invoice received 18 hours earlier.
I have never made a late payment. As a result of the comments from Kenneth who sent the invoice and Olivia who text me I am going else where. It’s a shame because I had been happy with the work. I’m surprised that you have asked me for a review.

Gardener brought own tools and bags to collect all cuttings; didn’t waste time to finish of what needed to be done.

The Gardener I have now is brilliant. The Company will change your your gardener if you are not happy with them, as they did with me.
The Co. Administration and communication to the Client still needs to improve.

I’m very happy indeed with this company. It’s a relief to find an agency which supplies reliable, hard-working gardeners who turn up when they say they will. As it’s an agency, if your regular gardener is unavailable, they will try to find you a replacement. Reasonable value, too. Finally, the staff at Findalocalgardener are very pleasant and easy to deal with. I’d definitely recommend this company.
