Request a call back 20 times but u get ignored and then after phoning them 5 times total of 2hours repeatedly updating details nd then next operator just tells u again it hasn't been updated, now there is another issue that they must resolve but they just don't feel like doing it

They have the wrong number and keep phoning 15 to 25 times a day! They refuse to remove my number from their system.

This establishment wont even answer emails and wont even bother to reply back they deserve 0 stars

This is my second review. I keep on asking for a paid-up or settlement letter. I have been asking since 29 July. FINCHOICE say they will investigate, that was Monday. Still nothing. I just want a letter to see by balance or if the account was paid up. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! How long does it take?

I dont really have a problem with the service or products, however the customer service is really on 0. People disconnect on you. They sound as if they busy sleeping. Im always being transferred somewhere else, just to get transferred back to the same department. I work in customer service and it’s really bad.

Incorrectly calculates repayments, either they overcharge you or the debit order goes twice in a month, when you enquire about it, no one is available to respond, they'll respond after 10days.
After a payoff on their so called " mobi money", doesn't allow you to withdraw anymore.
Staff is hella rude.
You pay off the previous day, they furthermore charge you so called "service fee", how? When I've already settled the account.
Overall fraudsters that should have their NCP revoked.

Debited on the wrong date and then tried to debit me again on the date we agreed on. When I told them I had already paid they say that the system does not recognize the payment and have to pay again. They did this for three months and still are not willing to fix the system or pay me back my money. The consultant are not willing to help you and act like you are the crazy one.

On the 7th of May 2026 I applied for a personal loan at finchoice which was approved but never paid. I then called them they told me to cancel cos there's a technical issues on their site & reapply which I did but still nothing happened. No communication on their side.I will never recommend a friend to them. I had a very bad experience with them.They take time to answer your calls.

On the 04 September 2025 there was a fraud that occurred on my account someone bought airtime using my mobi money account using different number. I reported that case via email and calls but I didn't get any help until recently June 2026 I called again they told me it was my fault for leaving my account open i was confused because I live with my 4 year old daughter . And another complain I have been paying but my account is not paid up yet, there are so many errors instead of minus they add up money. I can not use my mobi money app because of the reported fraud. I am not happy with Finchoice they are scamming us now. My account suppose to be paid up now but it's adding up I am owing money that they added by scam. Please i assist me.

Finchoice legal and NRB are refusing to give me my refund after having to follow up on my paid up letter for 2 full months.

Finchoice is not responding to my emails whilst NRB risk shut me down by saying they handed the paid up account to Finchoice.

What can I do to get my money back because NRB agreed on email that my account will not be deducted after settlement. I settled 10 days before the debit order went off and they promised to refund me. At this point even the bank won’t be able to reverse the debit order because it’s heading to 3 months of me wanting my refund from Finchoice and NRB.

I have Worst service ever!! Applied for a loan on the 4th of May and debit mandate check.was done. I uploaded all the supporting documents and to date there's no response. Tried to email a few times and not getting a clear response

No contacts available for customer service take long to call back sometimes they doesnt even call arreas keeps piling up im already paying for arreas but havent even withdrawn did my first installment successfully but no withdrawal option is given.i asked for financial help instead iv been robbed of every cent that I dont have i regret ever contacting this company for help. Its a danger zone dont go there.

My account is in a poppia breach with fraudulent activity and had to consider getting in touch with the regulator and closing my bank account. No response to this critical breach. Next step is to lay a charge with these crooks

Always received brilliant service from them. But lately the service has been so disappointing. Learnt the hard way not be loyal. I have never skipped a payment. But when one needs them, they are not there to help. The app even projects false information. Tells you you're account is in arrears, when you have made payment. You pay them on time, but then your app shows you you have nothing available. But you loan debit order went off. The mobimoney facility is also not what they advertise it to be. The one month they also did a double deduction and i was left stranded. The staff is so rude when you call them. Don't take loans from them or do business with them. Stay far away. My journey with them has come to an end.

Debited on wrong date, numerous phone calls and a EFT payment, the funds are still not allocated to the correct loan account, call centre staff are rude, waiting time on a call avarage of 20 min. More the 11 calls made and mails sent my issue has still not been resolved although a ticket was closed. Not sure what to do now.

They are great and have assisted me sooo many times
