Mike was very kind and caring and explained every detail
Mike was so good at explaining all the details and answering any of my questions. He took a great deal of time doing it and I was very appreciative and decided to go in on the program. Worth the time.

New to the program
I was very apprehensive about debt management as I was not behind on my bills, just not getting anywhere with getting them paid down. Dallas worked with me for a week before I signed up. He was so caring and professional with me. Answering all my questions, more than once I’m sure. On two of my calls he allowed my husband to be present and he answered all of my husband’s questions as well. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. During our week long conversations I did not feel pressured nor did I feel Dallas was trying to avoid truthful answers. While I’m just starting the program, based on their customer service so far, I would definitely recommend them.
