No communication. You do not respond to emails that ask questions about my order. Why can’t you respond?

My order was delivered to Florida. My delivery was supposed to be delivered to Texas. I reported the situation but no response so far

Package arrived safely and thankful to you that these filters are still being made as our refrigerator is aging.

Initially I was unable to order filters because the website wouldn't process my payment, but after a couple days they fixed the website, and I ordered my filters.

Always good service and reasonably priced.

Stole my money. Say they shipped my order to the wrong address. Won’t answer the phone. Won’t answer email. I have no filters. Don’t buy from these thieves. Trash like this are why hell exists

I accidentally ordered the wrong filters and when trying to contact the company by email, they never returned my email and my request for a refund. I called the number for customer service but the woman who answered couldn’t speak/understand much English and kept telling me to “send email“.
So after two attempts to do this, still no response. I ended up getting the filters on Amazon for a cheaper price and wished I had done that in the first place! Don’t trust this company!!

I ordered a two set package of water filters and received them in about a week.
Lately, I've found that not all companies are competent at this straight forward task.
Water filter was installed and working well!

Had difficulty in finding the water filter for model of my refrigerator. Ends up they could not locate the one needed and promptly credited me the purchase fee, as requested.

2 weeks have gone by. you took my money, but no merchandise and u won't return emails or chat

14 days have passed since I ordered, still have not received tracking information..

I ordered 3 fridge filters on 1/3/2024 and sent 2 emails asking for arrival dates and have received NOTHING except, "How are we doing". You tell me how you are doing! Unsatisfied customer. Mike
