2025 Acquisto il Piano Avanzato al costo di circa 54 euro che comprendeva sia la versione desktop Windows che mobile Android. Purtroppo me ne dimentico e mi scade (mea culpa).

2026 Do un'occhiata veloce al loro sito da cui capisco che (parole testuali) "il software collega desktop, mobile e ogni piattaforma offrendo la libertà di creare in qualsiasi momento e ovunque". Decido di ri-acquistare la versione Premium nonostante la modica cifra di circa 110 euro (il doppio dello scorso anno, sottolineo il doppio, ma decido comunque di abbonarmi).

Ma, udite udite, mi ritrovo con la versione solo desktop perché la versione mobile NON è inclusa!!! Ma stiamo scherzando?!?!?

Mille mail per chiedere spiegazioni senza MAI ricevere delle scuse e senza mai trovare una vera soluzione al problema, ma soltanto un continuo "dovevi leggere meglio", "noi siamo nel giusto", "è tutto esplicitato in maniera chiara nel sito". Ma se io ho sollevato il problema forse un fondo di verità in quello che dico ci sarà, no???

Senza parlare del fatto che, rispetto a un anno fa, pochissime transizioni, così come pochissimi effetti, titoli e filtri sono gratuiti. Moltissime risorse delle varie librerie sono a pagamento e sono comprese solo nella versione Premium (lascio ai lettori trarre le conclusioni).

Purtroppo leggo moltissime recensioni negative fatte negli ultimi mesi e mi dispiace perché il software tutto sommato non sarebbe male. Ma se si considera che Davinci Resolve lo si può scaricare e utilizzare in tutta libertà gratuitamente, bhé forse qualche domandina ve la dovreste porre.

Aggiungo che ho provato la funzione AI "da idea a video" e il risultato è stato pessimo se non sconcertante.

I had an annual Filmora subscription automatically renewed. I requested a refund within 14 days, citing my EU statutory right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). Wondershare refused, claiming “personal reasons” and pointing to their own refund policy. This ignores EU law, which protects consumers in the Netherlands and across the EU.

They are denying legal rights to force customers to pay for unwanted subscriptions. I cannot recommend this company to EU consumers — be aware, your statutory rights may be ignored.

I bought Filmora hoping the AI features would make creating image-to-video animations easier. Unfortunately the AI is extremely limited and requires very expensive extra credits on top of an already expensive yearly subscription. One animation attempt cost over 1,000 credits and didn’t work properly. The results were poor and unpredictable, and the extra charges weren’t clearly communicated. The editor itself is fine, but the AI tools feel unfinished and overpriced. I decided to uninstall it and look for better value alternatives.

After contacting Filmora about the an upgrade issue they dealt with it professionally and to my satisfaction. They lose one star for the difficulty in getting it resolved.

I am happy with the Filmora product and found it easy to learn and had me making professional quality videos in 3 days. Product is 5 stars.

Ive been using filmora for over 10 years but in 2025 im out. The constant subscriptions are getting out of hand. You cannot speak with a human being only crap AI. Im over it, Im using Davinci from now on

Es buena pero en cuanto se acaban los créditos, o la no pago la mensualidad de los gadgets, la herramienta pierde su brillo, por que lo mejor se limita a que pagues nuevamente, entiendo los negocios, pero para mi es excesivo pagar mes con mes. Pero de manera general creo que bien, Ahhh por cierto debería haber una mejora para poder crear intros animadas para poder personalizar las plantillas y las animaciones son horribles.

THIS SOFTWARE IS BS! TRIED THE FREE VERSION, WORKED PERFECTLY. THEN I PAID DO GET THE F-ING MASSIVE WATERMARK OUT OF THE 30 SECOND VIDEO, WHICH IT DOES NOT SAY IT WOULD BE THERE WHEN YOU TRY "THE FREE VERSION" BE AWARE! I WORKED ON THIS MINISCULE VIDEO FOR 7 HOURS AND OUT OF NOWHERE IMAGES STOPPED SHOWING UP, THE TIMELINE GOT REARRANGED. DOUBLE ARROWS OUT OF NOWHERE, THE BS WENT ON AND ON AND ON AND ON. I NEVER FINISHED THE F-ING VIDEO THERE IS SO MUCH BS / PROBLEMS WITH THIS APP! DON'T DO IT. OH, THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" YEA, BS TOO! WAITED ON HOLD FOR WHAT THEY SAID WOULD BE 8 MINUTES, 45 MINUTES LATER A F-IN WORTHLESS FOREIGNER CAME ON THE PHONE AND WAS AS MUCH HELP AS IF I WERE TALKING TO A DOORKNOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Promises a seven day free trial but then, when it’s just about to start the trial it demands from the bank that a transaction for £52 pounds be authorised right away!!! Fortunately, I have a bank that needs every online transaction authorised. I thought it would want a £0 authorisation but no! The full 52 quid on day ONE of the “free trial”!
I don’t frankly care how good the app is if it uses scammy method to strip you out of your hard earned cash, without even asking you!!!!

I hope you are well. I recently purchased Filmora Pro through Google Play by mistake, as my payment method was automatically charged. I would kindly like to request a refund for this accidental purchase. 👎Je poste un nouvel avis. Car les bugs sont toujours là !!! Rien ne fonctionne correctement et le logiciel fait buguer mon Mac. Ça fait plusieurs jours que mes problèmes ne sont pas résolus. Ras-le-bol de passer des heures avec le support pour rien.
Je ne conseillerais à personne d'acheter ce logiciel et n'importe quel autre de wondershare.😡

Decepcionado con la empresa, me realizaron un cargo no autorizado a mi tarjeta.

Estaba probando Filmora para ver si el editor de vídeos se adapta a mis necesidades pero los cargos no autorizados y lo difícil que es ponerse en contacto con soporte te quitan las ganas de todo.

Advertise a 30 day money back but don't honor it. Also impossible to get in touch with as their support is non existent. Product itself is useless

I was using it for 2 years was nice, but yesterday I had an automatic subscription, I forgot about it...
No problem but, I can't login to Filmora cause don't remember the password and the old email can't access to recover it...

Have send 4 times emails got one reply but then nobody is helping... calling none answering what the hell???

It's super easy to work with, such a pleasure! But if you don't buy the full version you will have a huge watermark when you export the video. I wwatched some videos on youtube how to get rid of it but they are old and show how to blur the watermark when it used to be a small one in the corner so now I will have to deinstall it....

I use Filmora X Every day for creating music videos. Importing media is simple and minipulating media tracks on the timeline is easy. I want to use "beat detection" for synching my music to video, but so far, it has been so easy without it, I haven't needed it yet. But it is nice to know that it is there when I do.

I love the program for its ease of use and for the large number of effects. I learned assembly in a matter of hours. I've never had any technical problems. I publish my videos on the Rutin youtube channel.
