Good quality and fast shipping
Ordered 3 coats and they all were great! Also, they shipped relatively fast. Only complaint is one of the batteries was made in 2020 and it is almost 2027, so not sure how well it will perform or last. Overall, good experience and will add to all my families other fieldsheer garments.

Most of our batteries have an ON/OFF button, this allows batteries to maintain a small amount of charge even over a long period of time, which keeps them operating even back to 2020. HAPPY FEET
I was very happy to see fieldsheer had the pro series again 😁. Tried to get an extra pair last year after trying my first pair and absolutely loved them. GREAT socks and well worth the money not to have to worry about cold toes. I recommend them to everyone!!! Costumer service is also very helpful with all my concerns! Thank you 🙏

The Pro Merino sock has become our most popular sock, it has heat over and under the toes and extended heat times up to 4-5 hours on the highest temperature and 16 on the lowest. Update: My order arrived today. The package contains two wires, but not the two batteries I ordered. Cannot get through to customer service.
Your site indicates free shipping on orders over $99.99 - but then you provide an automatic 20% discount for spending a certain amount, which in my case caused the order total to be less than $99.99 - and so you charged me for shipping. In the spirit of in-line shopping, it’s pretty crappy that you do this to people. This is definitely akin to bait and switch. I own many of your products and you are causing me to think about any future relationship. But, at the end of the day, I am but one customer out of thousands that you have and losing me causes you no pain.

We are working to update the logic to take discounts into account. We will have a customer service person email you today to fix any issue you have with missing batteries and credit you for the shipping. We do take issues seriously, and will get this fixed for you.

Happy customer!
My shopping experience with fieldsheer is always seamless. I have bought a few winter and summer items including extra batteries. Fieldsheer customer service has helped me in the past with a problem with a vest that the battery pocket was too small to fit the battery and customer service sent me a smaller battery that fit in the garment, worked fine.
