For the second time cans have leaked into the box, one last time, three this time. They were well in date (just a couple of weeks from purchase) and stored in a cool but not cold cupboard undisturbed. I will never again buy products from this company.
Jan 2026 3rd box flat tonic cans
Been drinking fever tree pale blue low tonic cans for years 6 ish ..
This Jan last 3 boxes I purchased were flat ! Returned got refund even tried 2 different supermarkets!
Annoying as ruining my gorgeous expensive gin I got for Christmas. I will also contact Fever tree but not hold out much hope according to review on their customer feedback..
Rubbish product and customer service
I purchased an 8 pack of Fevertree tonics mixer cans in summer 2025. When I got down to the last two four months later I found that at least half their contents had leaked into the box. There was no sign of a breach in the integrity of the cans. Tescos refused a refund and when I complained to Fever Tree they told me they were past the Best Before date and refused any responsibility for a dodgy product, compensation or refund. That's just not good enough on a number of levels. Back to Schweppes

Musty smell and taste on the Mexican lime soda. Made me feel sick. Really poor and dont expect this on an in date product.

After watching the advert decided to try it for my mixers for Christmas. Absolutely awful
Totally flat tonic and ginger ale . No fizz whatsoever. Save your money and buy from budget German supermarket.
Quality issues ignored by Fever-Tree
We run a shop that used to sell Fever-Tree products because we always appreciated the brand.
Unfortunately, we once received a bottle of Tonic Water Mediterranean containing visible flakes. Now another issue has occurred: with Fever-Tree Premium Wild Berry, we received two batches with completely different colors – one light pink, the other much darker.
We submitted a complaint with photos to two different Fever-Tree contact addresses but never received any response.
When our own customers have a complaint, we immediately replace the product and provide feedback. In this case, however, we are paying for the lack of quality of a product that calls itself “Premium.”
For this reason, we have decided to discontinue selling Fever-Tree products in our shop. We sincerely hope the company will take customer feedback more seriously in the future.
Outsourced customer service?
I reported, with pack and can codes photos, that one can of the 12 pack I bought of Indian Tonic water was empty. I was surprised that the reply asked me for the same info I had sent and led me to suspect that the service had been outsourced. After my further reply I received another request for the same info. Not worth my time to reply. I won’t buy any more cans.
Dreadful non existent customer service.
Having been a fever-tree fan for many years, I co tasted them with a serious issue. Customer service non existent. No reply on phone, no reply to emails. I did get an email after persisting which I replied to immediately, since then …..nothing. This company do not seem to care about their end users or the quality of their product!

I'm having a Fever-Tree Ginger Ale. I'm dissapointed to see its a tiny bottle 20cl. That's not even a medium sized glass! Since when sodas have become medieval elixirs? It's the trend to give tiny bottles whilst having abusive prices? Reduction of costs at the customer's expense. They treat us like lambs.
So viel Zucker
So viel Zucker, dass der Schrabverschluss nicht mehr aufgeht.
Absolute Verletzungsgefahr

I purchased the 4 pack gin with matching tonic at Xmas and they are great. 4 different gins including a pink gin and I could split them to give as gifts. They come with a Xmas cracker hat and joke. The downside was the dreadful jokes. Here’s a taster: “It’s not my fault I have a double chin. When God was giving out chins I thought he said gins… So I asked for a double.” Poor taste at XMAS and awful anyway! Otherwise the drinks are great.
Absolutely Rubbish tried the coke.
Absolutely Rubbish tried the coke.
Its just like water, no colour, no taste, no nothing like I always say in the end you can't beat the real thing
Fevertree are living on an old reputation from the tonic water, but unfortunately you get found out in the end and bourne out by all the adverts on the radio at the moment.
The Coke is terrible
The Coke is terrible
No taste whatsoever.
Just terribly over priced water
It also has on colour, then neither dose water
Fabulous refreshing taste
Fabulous refreshing taste on its own or as a mixer AND Sweetener free. Great value and quality compared to the flat tasteless artificial competition. Love it
I love these Tonic waters and I drink…
I love these Tonic waters and I drink them alone. Rhubarb and raspberry is the best. Try to buy them when on offer and stock up. Sainsburys Asda and waitrose do regular offers on these reducing the price from £2 to £1.50.
I bought some bottles on different days from two different stores (both the rhubarb and raspberry) but I noticed two bottles were a different paler colour to the others. Id already drunk half of one bottle and thought it didnt taste right. I wrote to the company and gave batch numbers as I thought maybe they were changing the recipe and wanted to tell them not to. But they also agreed it was strange and sent me a voucher to my email. This surprised me as I hadn't expected this and was really pleased with the effort they went to in order to show they appreciated my custom. I will keep buying fever tree now. I love it when companies go above what you expect. This tells me they value you and shows thoughtfulness. The customer service was very good, prompt & polite. Even if he didn't care (i mean, he is at work), he sounded like he did and went above what I'd expected. Relieved it was an issue and they're not changing the ingredients!
Bought the Sparkling Pink Grapefruit but it is Ginger Beer
Bought the Sparkling Pink Grapefruit but it was Ginger Beer. Had Grapefruit packaging and was pink but had no grapefruit taste at all. Two older bottles we had were fine but the new ones are ginger beer.
Tasty but not justifiable
Excellent taste but not worth the hard earned British pounds I spent on it. Especially since the one I wanted was out of stock!
expensive tonic for what it is
As loyal brand purchasers we have…
As loyal brand purchasers we have supported the Fever Tree product for some years and despite all kinds of promises for at least the third year running we are yet to receive our umbrellas. We have a prime site, and often pass much smaller venues who suddenly sprout Fever Tree umbrellas out of nowhere. Perhaps we need Fever Tree seeds to plant and we might get lucky. Time to move on to a more appreciative supplier.
