I would highly recommend Fetchapet.! My Labrador Dexter has just spent one month with them in preparation for him to join us in China. Relocating during the pandemic has been very stressful for us as a family and when a pet is involved it complicates things. My worries snd concerns were short lived though when Dexter went to Fetchapet . The care and attention that Emma , Rachel and their team gave to Dexter was wonderful . Any queries were answered quickly and efficiently and I had regular updates with photos which was very reassuring . A very professional team that I would not hesitate to use again.

We choose Fetchapet after reviewing several companies and could not be happier! Rachel was very responsive at all hours of the day to my questions. We always got the feeling that the comfort and safety of our two cats were the utmost priority, which was very reassuring as moving cats is always stressful. Debbie, who collected the cats, was calm and confident giving us the reassurance that we chose the right agency.

We have just used Emma and the team at Fetchapet to transport our Airedale Charlie from the UK to New Zealand. Emma kept us informed at every stage of the process and Charlie had a lovely couple of weeks stay at their kennels in the UK. She answered all my questions and reassured us of the care that Charlie would receive and we weren’t disappointed. We needed help getting our dog Biscuit from UK to NZ - not an easy task during a global pandemic! Fetchapet were incredible... so professional, knowledgeable, adaptable and supportive. Emma and Rachel were on top of the process the whole time, even as covid changed rules for airlines etc, they were always calm and able to reassure us. Biscuit's move went smoothly and we were so happy to be reunited in NZ on New Years Eve. I highly recommend Rachel, Emma and the team at Fetchapet!

After our beloved Mum recently passed, my brother and I could not imagine finding a good enough home for her beautiful cat, Dolly.
We reached out to Fetchapet Ltd to investigate having her fly back to my home in Canada with me. As it happened, Rachel and her team made the whole process very simple. They had a very short window in which to work, about 10 days, but were very efficient and organized the trip seamlessly. They ensured we had all of the correct documentation and were punctual in picking her up and taking her to the airport on the day of departure. Dolly travelled on the same flight as my daughter and I and we collected her on our arrival at Toronto airport. She was calm and relaxed.
I cannot thank these people enough as it is such a blessing to have such a special part of my mum still with us.
Fetchapet may be a business, but they are by no means impersonal. Their attention to detail and the manner in which we were treated by them throughout was exemplary.

Second time using Fetchapet to send a puppy abroad. Excellent service and advice and all went very smoothly . Puppy was happy to be in their care. A good feeling of personal service rather than just being a client. Would definitely recommend them.

I CANNOT speak highly enough of them. Despite coping with a global pandemic they made the process of transporting our cat to NZ completely stress free!! They also looked after him in their cattery for 6 weeks until he could travel and provided regular updates which showed they treat the animals with love and affection and get to know their personalities. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to transport animals from the UK.

So grateful for the help, care and advice the Fetch-a-Pet team provided! They were kind, knowledgeable, provided quick replies and helpful advice. We could not have gotten our little girl over to Singapore without them. Highly highly recommended.

Overall great experience! From start to finish: called 2 companies (fetch a pet and pet air UK) and received quotes, fetch a pet’s was $500 cheaper than the other company and they responded faster with more information. I filled out the required paperwork for both companies and both companies explained that my larger dog would need a custom made crate built, but the competitor company also said my smaller dog needed a larger crate, which wasn’t true because the measurements were a lot more than large enough. Fetch a pet used the smaller dog crate and there were no issues which gave me a lot of confidence they had experience and really knew the rules! So then I signed a contract with fetch a pet and waited to hear from them. I was very concerned flying during the pandemic and the first flight I requested to have the dogs booked on was cancelled, but Rachel and Emma continued to communicate with me and got the dogs booked on the only flight leaving the next week. Their experience clearly showed and I felt confident that they would put the dogs first and ensure they got from point A to point B safely and efficiently. The day of travel, we drove to Heathrow to meet Rachel and hand over the dogs, she was very calm and we could tell she worked well with animals. When the dogs had left, she sent a couple messages and photos showing how the dogs had made it through the x-ray. This was much appreciated! It costs a lot of money to send animals from the UK, much more than shipping them out of the USA but using fetch a pet made it significantly easier than doing it all myself (as had done previously) so I would say it was worth it. I would 100% use this company again!

I cannot speak highly enough of Fetch a Pet. They are professional from the off. No question is regarded as silly or a nuisance and the pet's care is paramount at all times. They take the strain away from all the paperowk as well. I KNOW with total confidence my little fella will be in safe hands . Dont bother going anywhere else you willnot be disappointed !!

I can’t sing the praises of Emma, Rachel and the team enough. Taking 2 precious Westies abroad is tough enough, but throw in Covid 19 and China as a destination and you really do face a challenge. Their care, patience, professionalism and attention to detail have been outstanding every step of the way, particularly after a very stressful last-minute complication due to Chinese bureaucracy. 8 months after the initial query, we have come a long way in every sense of the word. Thank you so much: I really would not trust the dogs with anyone else from now on.
