Fenster Glazing Recenzje

Very impressed, little issue during fitting but this was rectified immediately without issue.

Needed a window replacing urgently as the old one had decided to fall to bits! Chose Fenster as a local firm with good reviews and they lived up to the billing. Job was done promptly, professionally and to a high standard. All mess and debris was cleaned up and taken away and I now have a window I can open without it threatening to fall off its hinges.
Will certainly use this firm to replace my remaining windows later in the year.
Highly recommended.

Very responsive, good advice and won't try and oversell. Would highly recommend.

Normally I don’t leave 5 star reviews, and the team are a solid 4.
However, they had a real struggle with my tricky round window and caused a minor bit of external damage to a porch tile. I had no proof it was them that damaged it, but following a brief exchange of emails, the team came back, apologised for not noticing themselves, and fixed it.
I feel they could have denied any issue, but for me in coming back to fix it and make me a happy customer they have definitely upped the review from 4 stars to 5.
The original job was great, they installed my tricky round window, and another regular window. When the job was finished they walked through the features, had tidied up after themselves and were careful and considerate of the rest of the house and my cats!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

I recently had Fenster Glazing install new windows at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the very first inquiry to the final installation, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

Nicholas' customer service was outstanding—every question I had was answered promptly, and they guided me through the entire process with clarity and expertise. The installation itself was seamless, with the team working efficiently while ensuring everything was finished to the highest standard.

What truly sets Fenster Glazing apart is their post-installation care. They checked in after the work was completed to make sure I was happy with everything and provided helpful maintenance tips to keep my windows in top condition. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers even after the job is done.

I highly recommend Fenster Glazing to anyone looking for high-quality glazing solutions with exceptional service. A five-star experience all around!

I would highly recommend fenster glazing
They have replaced our doors and windows to a very high standard
The whole team involved nick and the fitters are very professional

I had a broken shed window, Ben was very good and quick in changing the glass and cleaning the area. Very friendly! Would definitely be using this company in the future!

Professional and knowledgeable. The work to repair a poor installation by Everest 2020 Ltd, appears to have resolved problems with two windows.

We had a leak and found that the lower door seal in our external door was needing replacement. Ben came out to replace the seal. However, we were still getting some water ingress. We called Ben back and he found that, although the door seal had needed replacing, the seal around the glass in the door was also allowing water in. So then Ben sealed this for us on a second call out. From the initial call to the second call-out, all was handled professionally and quickly.
We would particularly like to thank Ben, our technician, for a great job on the initial seal replacement, the seal replacement was stubborn to say the least, and for finding this second leak on the door window frame so quickly.
A very professional company.
Many thanks to Ben and Fenster Glazing.

I had an issue with the window and contacted Fenstar who from the beginning were very professional in making an appointment to review the issue , turning up in time and with a call to state they were on their way which is always helpful.
On the day of the repair they turned up in time completed the work quickly and without any mess.
Overall a very good experience and would recomend them.

James was excellent did an amazing job, so polite and clean

Fensters Glazing & Locks Ltd (Milton Keynes) were recommended by a neighbour, and quoted competitively when approached to cover in our open porch with a side window to the side, and French doors to the front. We liked the range of frame finishes and colours, and their design corresponded to what we had in mind. The window and door frames were manufactured very quickly, and the installation date was only two weeks after signing the contract.

The installation was carried out very efficiently by two very professional Fensters staff members, and the site neatly tidied up afterwards.

We are extremely pleased with our new porch, which is making our hall much warmer, as we'd hoped. We would strongly recommend this company (who are very local to us), to anyone needing new windows or doors.

Fenster glazing was recommended to me and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the fully glazed back door and side window. I also had a double glazed unit replaced and some adjustments to other windows. All of the staff I encountered were polite, efficient and extremely helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

The service was great. On time, clean and amazing.

I have used Fenster 3 times and they have been fantastic.
Quick replies to enquiries, competitive pricing and the fitters are great (very neat and tidy as well as friendly).
Cannot rate them highly enough and will definitely be looking to work with them again on an extension project

I had some broken window locks repaired, a glazed panel that had condensation inside replaced and a new double glazed bathroom window fitted by Fenster Glazing yesterday. I was tremendously impressed with them. They were quick, efficient, polite and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

We have had a glass door panel replaced by Fenster Glazing with a Dual Scan Cat Flap fitted into it. The fitter came and was very professional and thorough in making sure everything was right with the door and cat flap. We're very happy with the whole process from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend Fenster Glazing especially if you want a glass door with cat flap installed.

James and Tom were lovely and did a really great job. Would recommend. Thank you

Ben came to look at a couple of doors in my home and he cannot speak highly enough of him and Fenster glazing. He was efficient, professional and a really helpful person. Couldn’t speak highly enough and would always use the company again. So pleased and would recommend them to all.
