Outstanding Customer Service from Leah,
what started as a big issue for us we ordered a wheelchair from TWO other companies (both took payment including delivery then could not provide stock until MARCH!), Leah went above and beyond to make sure our problems were solved, even ringing the warehouse and asking them to physically check the wheelchair was in stock before taking payment, making sure we had tracking information so we knew it was coming and, bless her, she even rang today to make sure it arrived as promised, to make sure there were no issues and we were happy.
I would HIGHLY recommend Fenetic Wellbeing!

Excellent company to deal with and no hard sell.

Needed a recliner riser chair for my elderly mother and I saw a chair on line on the company’s website.

Phoned up to make a routine enquiry about the chair and the sales / customer service ladies were superb to deal with.

Chair ordered and delivery company were also superb.

Excellent warranty guarantee work. Telephoned late Friday that my riser recliner chair stopped working correctly, the friendly lady on the phone arranged a visit for first thing Monday and she reminded me that the chair was still in the 5yrs warranty period. Electric controller was replaced and the riser recliner works as new. The true standing of a company is in their view on warranty work, not just sales. Superb company and will not hesitate to buy from them again. Truly excellent customer service.

I ordered a rollator trolley for my elderly parents at the beginning of November. When it arrived one of the clips fastening one of the legs to the frame was broken, making it impossible to use. I contacted Fenetic Wellbeing, and was told a replacement would be sent. Customer services were very polite, and sounded efficient, however the clip didn't arrive. After a week I re-contacted them, and was told that it had been sent 1st class post, but there was no tracking information available, so they assumed it had been lost in the post - so they said they would send another one. Again it didn't arrive, so again I contacted them after another week, to be told that again there was no tracking information...
After complaining that this was the second time I hadn't received one, the customer service staff member went to talk to the warehouse.... I was then told that they don't normally send the clips out - which was obviously very strange as I'd supposedly had 2 already sent out. However they assured me that they would send yet another out, and I asked it to be sent to my parents' address as I was visiting later in the week and was going to take the trolley (a 180 mile round trip).
On visiting my parents no clip had been delivered, so the trolley was still unusable. A day later 4 clips arrived to my home address (not my parents as I asked) so now I'll need to do another 180 mile trip to fix the trolley so they can use it.
The customer service staff were very polite and helpful, but obviously there are problems which need addressing. My parents have been without the trolley they need for over a month, and I'm disappointed that something so simple has taken such a long time and a lot of effort to be sorted out.

UPDATE 1: a day after I posted this, 2 more clips arrived at my parents house! So better late than never, however it still took over a month to sort, and obviously the clips hadn’t been sent the first 2 times when I was told they had been….

Update 2: A day after posting this review I was contacted by phone by one of the directors from Fenetic. He was extremely apologetic about the service I had received, and after hearing what had happened assured me he would be looking into it. I was impressed that he got in touch and he was obviously very concerned about what had happened.
As a result I’ve changed my rating to 3 stars ( originally 2), can’t give higher as obviously as the service wasn’t great to start with

The controller on the Rocket whelchair finally died after 5 years hard service which is good going as it is used daily; I rushed the chariot (wheelchair) up with my dad to see if it could be fixed.

Talia was so helpful in finding one of the technical people, i forget his name, who check what was wrong and fitted a replacement controller at a good price; also gave a helpful advice on how to maintain the tyres.

They helped strait away, no waiting as they could see the need to get it fixed PQD as I had a University lecture that afternoon and dad got the chariot back to Leicester in time.

I will definately buy from Fenetic again when the time comes.

What a brilliant service! Carl was extremely helpful in advising us which chair to choose. While we had a long wait between ordering and taking delivery it was well worth the wait. Carl and his colleague built both chairs really quickly and gave us thorough instructions. We love our rise and recliner chairs thank you! ☺️

I looked online to find somewhere to try out and buy a mobility product. Fenetic Wellbeing had a service level above anybody else and, in the end, were the only mobility business to provide the service I needed. I would recommend them as the first place to go if you are looking for a mobility product.

I needed a walker to aid my balance and posture so decided to go to Fenetic’s showroom in Skipton after reading good reviews about them.
What a good choice it turned out to be! They were amazing.
I had no idea what to look for but I needn’t have worried. They showed me every kind of walker and pointed out the different benefits of each and which was likely to meet my needs.
I chose a 4 wheeled walker with large front wheels and am thrilled with it. They even let me try lifting it into my car.
Thank you Fenetic for all your advice and for being so patient with me! Your caring attitude made me feel relaxed and I will certainly use you again when I need anything.

My father was quite nervous about the whole situation but the staff instantly put his mind at ease and were brilliant throughout. The advice and guidance they provided was extremely useful and not at all “pushy”. A fantastic experience from first contact through to purchasing a chair. I would highly recommend.

Went to the showroom to try my chair out. Haven’t been so comfortable in a chair for years. Very knowledgeable about the products.

After a brief telephone conversation regarding types and suitability of wheel chairs I was invited to inspect and use at Skipton. I travelled over 60 miles to take up the offer. Time and money well spent. Great advice as to which chair was practical. I tried several types and settled on one. The sales guy Tony was most helpful . I returned a week later and used the chair around the shop and outside. The model { Q50} was my choice. Folded very neat and very light. The ultimate test , could my wife reduce it to minimal size and load it to my car boot. No problem. A follow up call 10 days later showed the professional of this company.

I have used this company a number of times for my aging parents who require a little extra help with their mobility issue. The staff are always kind and considerate and wiling to help with any concerns and the products are really good quality and value. I would highly recommend.

which should give any prospective purchaser confidence that any problem will be resolved by FENETIC WELLBEING. Well done to the director concerned.
