Have absolutely no complaints. My advisor was John and he could not be more helpful, I was looking for a specific car within a price range and he worked hard to find us the perfect one. He was very efficient chasing up finance documents and I found the whole process so easy. I didn’t imagine I would be driving my new car away in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommend

Can't thank John enough. Although I was skeptical at first. John made the whole experience so fast +& so simple!. Done all the hard work, just told me what I needed to, was so helpful. There for ALL the questions even the silly ones! Kept me up to date throughout every stage of the process! Nice +& friendly! Just an all round superstar 👍 can't recommend him enough!

After a negative experience with another company I happily stumbled upon Female Friendly Finance and I couldn’t be happier. Quick response to my initial enquiry and I was quickly assigned Hanna, she kept me updated with what I needed to do and talked me through the whole process. As soon as I got the decision Harry stepped in and sorted me a car which I loved and in less than 24 hours I have a car due to be delivered this weekend. Obtaining finance and finding the right car was not straightforward for me. John was always helpful, friendly, patient and quick to respond. Nothing was a problem for him! This is western auto solutions. We have received an enquiry regarding one of our car. Female friendly finance called and sent us an invoice for one of their customer.
Customer had a part ex with settlement of £1660. We originally offered £2550 for the part Ex but when car arrived, car was full of oil leak and gearbox was damaged, all round scratches
We had to drop our offer to £1000. Finance agreed first then once we released the car to customer, they changed their mind and only approved £1560. Now we have to cover rest of customer finance.
Even customer was really upset with the way they operate. Customer also left her feedback on google and trust Pilot.
Bad customer service. Rude adviser.
We will be making our complaint to FCA.

I couldn’t recommend FFF enough! Especially John he has the patience of a saint, I gave him my budget and the type of car I was looking for, I’m a very picky person when it comes to my cars and John was so patient made the whole process from start to finish so easy and stress free, answering all my questions, quick response, updates on stages of my finance. I’ve got my perfect car and even under my monthly budget which is even more perfect! John was fantastic. I haven’t been the easiest client to work with as this is my first time getting finance, I had no clue what I was doing. John helped me find a car that suited me personally and my budget. I had so many questions and he helped me around the clock. He truly is an asset to the company. I will be returning when I need a new car in a few years just from the customer service I have had with John. 10/10 would recommend. Easy and quick service.

Iv have had 2 cars through them now. I was delt with by Gill and she has been nothing but amazing. She made the whole thing stress free there was no problem to big. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had Dom help me through the whole process , I haven’t got the car yet but all the paper work is done and just got to arrange collection. Dom made this so easy and straight forward answered all my questions however late it was . Couldn’t of asked for anyone better to help me with the process.

Dealt with John and the whole process was seamless start to finish, he helped me source the car I wanted and was on point with communication and ensuring all was sorted my end... a few days now since I received my car and whilst I get used to it he's still assisting me with questions!
