The service in feel safe was really perfect, all my requests were answered fast and clearly, I hadn’t any problems or misunderstanding with them . Once the team really helped me, and supported me when I had troubles. Everything was perfect. 5 stars !!

I liked their product
I liked their product. Basically everything with medical(medicine, lab reports, hospital chargers) were included. The direct billing doctors were bit hard to find and sometimes it took really while to get money back, but other than that, everything was fine.

Best Customer Service!
This is the insurance company with the best customer service I have ever encountered. They are very quick to provide solutions and very kind in their communications, which is particularly helpful when dealing with the hardships of visa/migration paperwork. Also, from my experience, the online payment platform is easy to use and Austrian authorities do not raise any observations about their coverage. 10/10 would recommend :)

Highly recommend for international…
Highly recommend for international student! They replied my email so fast and help me a lot. I have a problem about insurance with MA35 but the staff helping me find the best way for RP approval.

Very friendly and responsive service
Feelsafe, and especially Richard, have been exceptionally helpful and useful to me and my family when moving to Austria. They very patiently replied to all my of questions (and I had a LOT) and I felt very well taken care of. Luckily I did not need to use the health insurance in the end, but the service and responsiveness were amazing.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Feelsafe!
I've dealt with them twice—once during my undergraduate exchange and now as I head back to Austria to complete my MSc. Each time, I was so impressed with their customer service. They're incredibly responsive, kind, and patient (I had many, many questions each time). Thomas in particular was very helpful!
As a Canadian moving to Austria, I can say with 100% certainty that this was the best option out there. Feelsafe made this process simple and painless, and gave me great coverage.
