Great customer service!
They have kindly supported me in applying for the VISA and residence permit. It's my first time applying for an Austrian VISA, so it is complicated. I mistakenly took insurance, and they proceeded with a correct confirmation soon.
Additionally, I needed an English version of the receipt, and this request regarding the receipt was accepted very smoothly.

It is no joke that folks from Austria are some of the finest people you'll ever meet in the world. Courtesy and politeness is just always awesome to experience. Dealing with them has been an absolute delight. My plan which was first due two years ago was post-poned without any hitches to a later date due to my chagrin and two years later I got the same plan without having to pay any extra. The rest of the reviews speak for themselves so there is little more I could add. Put your trust into the kind, soft-spoken, and lovely folks at feelsafe with ease. An easy 5 star from my side.
