Using them for years. Never had any issues.

Avoid avoid avoid ...promised next day delivery then when challenged a) I had typed in the wrong postal code which I explained I had not as it was correct on the invoice they sent me then b) there were two spaces in the postal code . Very unprofessional disgraceful service

Today I received my order from feel good contacts, after having to use them as the alternative website I use is in lockdown. The website was very and clear to use, they arrived as stated (next day) and early too, I opened the box to find a small pack of haribos and a pen.

What a lovely touch. Keep up the good work..... Hopefully a permanent customer.

Ordered twice from here, and have always received amazing service. The orders arrive quickly even with standard delivery. I order the Optix Color lenses, and they are good quality, comfortable, long-wearable despite having sensitive eyes and being a contacts newbie. They're also realistic looking, despite what the colour chart looks like online (I have naturally dark brown eyes). They deliver via Royal Mail btw. I 100% recommend! <3

1) Regarding delivery they came within 3 days.

2) I purchased a (30 pack) of ComfiPure lenses. They were terrible!
I put in a pair they irritated my eyes. I opened up another pair and after 2 mins they just split whilst in my eye. I then decided 3rd time lucky? Maybe the others were just bad lenses? Boy i was wrong!!!!
I kept the 3rd set in for 30 mins and it felt like glass scratching my eyes. SHOCKED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Although these lenses are a cheaper options you at least expect to be able to wear them for a few hours.

3) I use to use ACUVUE MOIST from my options "BOOTS" in the past so thought i would grab a batch of 90 from Feel good contacts.

I do not think these are original. They are not good enough and it shows after wearing
them. Im having problems. They seem to be extremely dry and the same make i usually get from boots never did this. I doubt i would purchase from them again going forward. Think i seriously wasted my money.

What a horrid experience.

I used a few online contact lens retailers like vision direct and lenstore, and Feelgood Contacts is pretty much the exact same. They have all the same lenses, prices are similar to other sites like vision direct, however Amex offered me 10% cash back so I decided to try Feelgood out. Delivery was fast; it took two days instead of one day despite them claiming next day delivery, and although they said the box was letterbox friendly it's not mailbox friendly for those living in a flat, it was too big for mine so I had to be home to collect the parcel. I got a free Haribo with the box, which seems to come with all the contact lens online retailers these days

I made a reorder of contacts lenses but after I placed the order I realised that the price had gone up from £11.99 as stated on the website to £15.49 just because I already have an account. So I cancelled the order and 20 minutes after receiving the order email I got an email saying my order was cancelled. However they still took the funds from my account a total of £61.96 and when I questioned the payment they are telling me that it will take 2 - 3 working days for a refund. This is extremely bad business that a payment can be taken before the goods are ready to be shipped.
Furthermore I had asked for a 5% discount to be applied to my order as I was unable to access the site via the mobile app. All that they did was reset my password which, having used this to access the website, I knew was not the reason I couldn't gain access.
I won't be using this company again and will not be recommending them to anyone

Lenses often have short lives: so they were manufactured long ago.
I have had to send lenses back, and the company will not guarantee lenses that are have more than two years left before their use-by date.
Really fresh lenses will have a shelf life of four years. Lenses stiffen as they age.
Cheap -- for a reason -- and best avoided.

A very simple process for reordering your lenses - just a few clicks and you're done. Simple to navigate website, would recommend them to anyone.

Prices are always the best and the customer services team are so efficient and incredibly friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Super speedy delivery, literally within 30 minutes of placing the order at 6:35pm and receiving the dispatch email just after 7pm. My 6 months supply was then delivered the following day and at a great price too. Keep it up & will definitely reorder from Feel Good Contacts again!

Have ordered twice already with feel good contacts and have never had a problem. The contacts are a great price and the delivery is fast and efficient. Would recommend anyone to think about using this site rather than the usual optician.

NICE AND EASY SERVICE , PROFESIONAL AND RELAIABLE

I usually order my contacts from specsavers and sometimes can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Recently the customer service at Specsavers has been you know you need to bearing the contact getting worse and worse and they refused to order my contacts in until i went in for a check uo, but as you know you need to wearing the contacts for a check uo.

Frustrated as anything i decided to take my chance and order my contacts online. Expecting at least a weeks delivery. But to my surprise the price for one set of contacts from specsavers gets you 2 with feel good contact lense and to top it off they had arrived the next morning!!!!
