This is a scam company. They charged me for some shoes and canceled it. You would think they refund you your money.. it’s been 3 weeks already and still haven’t even received anything nor can I get anyone to help me. Only way you can get your money back is to hopefully dispute it and or be in Scottsdale/La and go in their headquarters. I’m just doubting this is a reputable company to buy from

There’s no reason why an order…
There’s no reason why an order shouldn’t be able to be canceled if I had just ordered an item a few hours prior to me anting to cancel my order due to me ordering the wrong item. The company should also offer refunds on items and instead of store credit. This forces people to shop with you all and they have no desire to do so after a bad experience.

Fresh clothes - trash customer service.
I ordered shirts from 2 different vendors. One was Feature and the other I'll keep unnamed. Long story short, I didn't like the way the shirts felt/looked from both vendors. I accidentally sent the wrong shirts to Feature. They let me know and said I would have to pay $13 to have them shipped back. All good, it was my bad.
...I only got 2 out of 3 of my shirts back. I let them know about their mistake and they replied "we distinctly" remember only receiving 2 shirts. Their word vs. mine and I take the L.
Not to mention it took them 7 days from the time I paid my $13 return shipping label for them to start my return. I had to reach out to them like "Hey, are you going to send me shirts back, or???". and got the return message "Your order is in the final stages of shipment and you should receive a tracking number soon". aka "Our bad we forgot to send it, it's in our warehouse under my desk" because the next day I got the shipping info. Go figure...
...but when I ordered a new shirt during that time (because you only get store credit and not a cash refund) that order was shipped within a day?! Make it make sense.
They lost a loyal customer and I advise everyone to proceed with caution. Buy whatever you're looking for directly from that vendor and cut out the middleman - these guys are clowns. It's not like they're giving you the "playa price"... The BAPE shirts are the exact same price on the BAPE website.
Does not accept exchange/returns after 14 days
Purchased in-demand item for Christmas gift late in November. Gift was much too large, my bad. Tried to exchange/return item on January 2. Feature.com does not accept exchange/return after 14 days.

Orders always shipped in a timely manner and arrive exactly as described. Great place to buy when you catch their sales. No free shipping though, so do take that into account when purchasing

Stay away from this company at all cost. I ordered an essential outfit and did a rush delivery because I was going out of town later that week, instead of them sending it as a true rush they put it in as USPS and it has been lost for the last two weeks and no one has taken accountability with Customer Service with getting this situation rectified avoid it all

Ich habe am 12.11.2024 ein Sweater bestellt. Da ich kein stress hatte war ich entspannt und dachte mir nichts dabei, doch nach mehr als 1 monat fand ich es komisch dass immer nochnichts ankam. Nachdem ich ein Mail gschrieben habe um zu fragen wo entlich mein Packet ist wollten sie meine Bestellungsnr. Nach 1Woch bekam ich eine Rückmeldung dass das Packet schon zurück gesendet wurde und auch die Erstattung schon betätigt wurde, jedoch habe ich kein Geld bis jetzt bekommen und frage mich öb ich das Geld bekomme, und wer für die 20€ versand aufkommen muss da es offensichtlich nicht mein fehler war.
Sehr wütend und entäust.

I was worried because of a few negative reviews that I read. I’m happy to report that I had a great experience with Feature! The item I ordered arrived exactly as promised in perfect condition. I’d order again from them in a minute.
Rude customer service
Rude customer service. Policies are not clearly disclosed during checkout. I've never heard of a sneaker retailer that doesn't accept returns, lol.
Orders will be auto canceled
The company will accept an order then cancel it for no reason. There's no point in ordering through this site
Warning: cutting corners won’t get you far
I paid $30 for UPS next-business-day option on a $1600 item I ordered. Due to the short distance, they deliberately shipped it via the cheaper UPS Ground option (knowing full well it would still arrive the next day) just to pocket the $18 difference. Worse, the package was carelessly thrown in front of my door with no signature required. For an item this expensive, you’d expect expedited and secured delivery by default. Well, Think again!
When I kindly requested a refund for the upcharge, Kiana (good luck getting her to help) repeatedly denied & dismissed it, saying it didn’t matter as long as the package arrived on time—ignoring that Ground would have done the same. This blatantly violates FTC regulations on deceptive practices (16 CFR § 238.2), which prohibit misrepresenting paid services.
I’ve already filed a claim with my credit card company, and for the $18 they unfairly kept on a $1600 purchase, I’ll ensure others know about this shady behavior. Manipulating shipping options and cutting corners will cost them far more in lost customers.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Order was done by mistake by my 2 year old son. Emailed immediately after order and they said there was nothing that could be done because the order had been fulfilled but the status didn’t say fulfilled til 5 hours later. I have told my friends about the website because of a positive experience before. But this was bad would never order again and I have told my network of people to stay far far away. I am also disputing the charge on my credit card.

I've been waiting for a package from a Feature order for a few days, which can't be delivered because the customs information wasn't filled in correctly. I paid an exorbitant fee to avoid this problem when the package arrives in my country. Feature doesn't do its job properly, and you pay huge fees to have your parcel held up by customs. I emailed Feature customer service and got no response! Now I have no idea when I will receive my order or if I will ever receive it. This site is to be avoided!
11/15/2024 Update : After more than 8 days, I still haven't received a resolution to my problem with Feature and I haven't received my item, so I've opened a dispute with Paypal for a refund. This site is a disgrace!
