I was sold shocks and all pertaining components for my 2010 Mercedes E350 and was told my ride would be "better than new." The result is significantly worse, verified by both my mechanic and my passengers.

The company's response has been an insulting $600 credit—after initially offering only $100 to buy more of their parts—stating the 90-day return window is over. They seem to ignore that when you install these parts, it takes time to drive the vehicle and actually identify that it is the parts causing the issue. Time passes while you are trying to verify the problem. These parts were declared faulty by an expert, and I provided written documentation to FCP.

Why would I buy more parts from a company that sold me bad parts in the first place? I would risk spending another $1,800 plus parts costs, minus their $600, just to potentially have the same outcome.

My initial investment for parts and labor was $3,783.99. It will cost me $4,800 for Mercedes to do it right. That is a total of about $8,500—including their $600 offer—just to get this fixed properly. It simply does not make financial sense to put $8,500 into a 2010 vehicle, a fact they were fully aware of given the year and make of my car. I am now forced to sell the vehicle entirely. It has been a total catastrophe

Correct parts for the job I needed. As a bonus, there was a FCP Euro video online showing me step by step on how to replace my turbo. Car runs great and legit saved $1-2k in labor costs. Couldn’t be happier with FCP Euro!

I was disappointed with my experience. I accidentally completed my order before I had finished shopping and immediately contacted customer support to see if I could simply add another item to the existing order. I wasn't asking to cancel the shipment or make significant changes—just to add an item before it shipped.

Unfortunately, I was told the order couldn't be modified because it had already been processed. This meant I had to place a separate order and pay additional shipping, which was frustrating.

I understand that warehouses have processes, but many online retailers allow customers a short window to modify or combine orders before they ship. I had expected a bit more flexibility, especially since I reached out right away. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service experience.

08/02/2026 - I'm updating my review because FCP Euro followed up after my initial experience. Anthony from the Service Operations team took the time to explain why my request couldn't be accommodated and offered a fair solution by covering the additional shipping cost. I appreciate the excellent customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Every experience I had ordering from FCPEuro has been great, so no surprise there.The only reason 4 out of 5 stars is because the package for the water pump was open.But I don't expect any issues and the shipping as usual was great!

They have lots of experience in buying high oem quality parts which perform well and backed by their guarantee. Not like alot of super cheap Chinese parts which don't last like on Amazon. Prices are high but you will get what you pay for.

FCP Euro has been our go to for all our European brand vehicles. A good amount of service and maintenance parts including Brake rotors and brake kits, oil change kits for Mercedes Benz G63, Porsche Macan GTS, CLK 55AMG, Range Rover Autobiography and more. Parts arrive fairly quickly with tracking and great customer service.

Confirmation email after purchase. They provide tracking details quickly. Pricing could be a little more competitive.

I recently purchased a brake fluid pump from FCP. The pump had a bad gasket at the filler cap and leaked brake fluid when pressurized. I contacted the help desks and they replaced the cap assembly within days. Once I had a working cap, the tank itself would not hold pressure. The help desk replaced the tank within 48 hrs...I reported it late Friday and received a new unit Tuesday morning. Notice this spanned the weekend. I can't say enough about their great customer service. I have used them in the past and liked their pricing, but after having this issue resolved so effectively, I will always go to FCP first. Fantastic staff, great communications, stand behind their parts. I rarely write reviews, but these guys are special.
