We are a community centre who works primarily with older people, so our phone lines are vital. Since switching to FCC at the start of this year we have repeatedly been left without working phones at all. The director was very responsive in the process leading up to signing the contract but now doesn't answer phone calls, text messages or emails. The most recent service issue started over 2 weeks ago - we can't call out using the phones and they are on a constant busy tone. We have all been trying to reach FCC and can see that texts are read but not responded to.

They have also failed to cancel our previous contract which they said they would do as part of our switchover so we're being double charged and still don't have phones. We need a clear route to resolve service issues as this is the absolute bare minimum for a telecoms provider.

Andre and the team have been fantastic at every stage of the process. As a church we'd been frustrated by poor experiences with our internet and phones over the years and were fed up of explaining our issues to different people every time we called our old company. Great service by Andre and his team since moving over to FCC. Our telephone line is not always great due to the internet connection but cannot fault the support from the team. They are always on hand to help.

Coming up to the 1 year anniversary with FCCG and can say that Andre has provided and continues to provide a quick, efficient and reliable service. He has provided for us a future proofed system that I'm sure will last us many years, with many features still to be explored, at an unbeatable rate. I would recommend the company to anyone, knowing that of Andre says he has a solution for you, he does.
