My experience is very similar to what everyone experienced. Quality was similar to H&M, but charging me Sandro, Theory pricing.
Decided to return it, but turns out I have to arrange my own courier and send things back to China at my own cost.
Shipping to China is a nightmare. You’ll need a copy of the receiver’s ID. Obviously, no normal person would give your their ID just to return a package. So in the end, I’ve decided to cross the border myself from Hong Kong to China, then find a local Chinese courier to simplify the process. Luckily I’m just a border away, otherwise I can’t imagine how international shoppers can send it back to start the refund process.

I’ve returned 3 items, completely unworn as I knew it was overpriced. They have somehow only refunded me 2 out of 3 items. No explanations on why the 3rd item - the most expensive jacket, did not qualify for a refund. I’ve emailed them, but zero replies.
Checked my Junk mailbox, nothing from them. So basically they got a brand new jacket back, and I’ve paid for the jacket too ….
Very smart way of scamming people actually.

No confirmation of order or payment

I ordered a coat for £396.10 but didn't receive a confirmation email and so have no reference of my purchase. Having now read all these reviews I can see why this could be an issue if I should want to return the item or if it doesn't arrive. I strongly advise anyone reading this NOT to purchase from this site. I will update if I receive my parcel.

Beautifully tailored red kilt skirt

I’m actually giving a 5 star review. I had been concerned when I discovered the item was shipped from China, that would be my complaint really, I like to know who I’m ordering from and wouldn’t normally choose shipping stuff from China. But, the item (skirt) is beautiful. Well tailored, beautifully packaged. The medium size is slightly on small side, something to consider if you are choosing the red tartan kilted skirt. But, our dressmaker will put a bit of “give” into it. It really is a stunning skirt and I’m relieved I don’t have to return it.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD.

I placed an order for almost $3k worth of items at the end of October and have STILL not received half of the items. I have been in an endless loop with their shipping partners GOFO express and YunTrack.. This negative review applies to them too. The lack of communication is insane.

I was told by Fabrique to call GOFO with my tracking number - the automated system didn't recognize it
- I call and repeatedly ask to speak to a representative, which takes me 5 calls to finally get through
- Then I'm asked to verify my name on the order
- Then they said my name is wrong and refuse to assist further even though I can give them the full address on the package.
- Then I call back BUT this time get an automated system that asks to verify they are speaking with "Picking Order" (whatever the heck that means) I guess its somehow the name on the order
- SO I call back and get a rep on the line and give them that weird name and it works
- BUT only to have them tell me it's been over 5 days with no update so I need to contact the seller for a refund.

I get that shipping stuff from China is a process these days but it's absurd. I don't even want the items anymore, and honestly the ones that did finally arrive (2 weeks late, btw) were had a much cheaper quality than I can justify for the price.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The styles are cute and chic, but it's literally such ragebait for me at this point. RUN from this company.

Terrible return policy

I initiated a return 6 days ago (24 hours after the item was delivered) following your guidelines and I have still not received a return label despite your t&cs saying it would be emailed within 2 days. I have chased up with two additional emails and checked my junk multiple times a day. Still nothing which is TERRIBLE customer service!!!
I wish I had read these terrible reviews before I bought the coat which doesn’t fit me.
I am extremely worried that this site is a total scam and that I won’t get a full refund.

Overall pretty happy

Ordered a dress in a size L (I'm a 12). It arrived pretty quickly but was a little on the snug side. I decided to order the larger size and return the original one. The second dress took much longer to come (came from China I believe). When it arrived it was perfect. Very nicely made and lovely quality fabric.
The return was refunded pretty quickly - so overall happy.

Fabrique had sent me a defected bag, refused to refund the £530 due to bag is defected and kept the bag

Really bad experience with the company. I’ve bought the Rialto Double Flap Handbag in Calfskin Leather after seeing so many reviews from influencers on YouTube. The first disappointment was that bag came directly from China despite that the website is stating it’s Italian craftsmanship. When I got the bag out of the box it had wrong smell, not usual for the real leather. After detailed inspection I think it’s real leather, but it still didn’t smell right. The bag had several marks on the leather at the back. I haven’t reported those as considered normal for calf leather. Fabrique website does have a note about deference in leather in different batches. I didn’t like that the main strap is too short on my shoulder and I can’t wear it on my shoulder with the coat. I kept all the labels and taping on the strap. With those it wouldn’t been posible to wear the bag out. I’ve returned the bag but got response that it didn’t pass the quality checks due to marks on the back. Now Fabrique doesn’t answer my e-mails. So in the end Fabrique had sent me a defected bag, refused to refund the £530 due to bag is defected and kept the bag. Really disappointed and will never buy again.

No refunds

All ok (with very slow shipping) unless you need to return something. This company simply does not want to take back returns. They do not want to refund you. They make it really hard to send stuff back (send us an email, we will send you a confirmation email, it takes them days to come back to you etc). Takes them days to admit they received the item back and then decide that it doesn’t meet their standards and therefore they will send it back to you labels and all and that’s that. Poor practices. Steer clear unless absolutely certain you will keep the item.
You have been warned. Am now going through citizens advice and my credit card to get my money back. What a joke.

I ordered a vegan leather jacket for…

I ordered a vegan leather jacket for over $300. The quality in person did not look like the photos on their site so I went through their online return process which sent me an email saying i would get a response in 24 hrs but never did. I sent a follow up email and got the same auto reply. Just tried for the third time. This company literally wont let me return an item. Now I am stuck with something I would never wear and nowhere to turn as they dont even offer a phone number. This feels like a scam!!! What do it do?

A great experience after bad reviews

After reading bad reviews I was anxious as I had spent over 600 dollars on a coat. I need not have worried. Ordered on 23 October it arrived on 3rd November. Well packed in it's clothes bag. The coat is exactly as it appeared online. A beautifully made garment and a great fit.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY

BEWARE THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAMMED ME. AND TRICKED ME INTO CLOSING MY CARD DISPUTE.

Don't do it. I clicked on one of their ad youtuber's affiliate links and their website phished my applepay info and charged me a bunch of money. I contacted them immediately to cancel it as it wasnt my order. They confirmed they cancelled the order and recalled the package (I have all the screenshots). When i disputed it with my apple card for fraud, fabrique said they would refund me if i cancelled the dispute. As soon as I gave them proof of the cancellation they said that since i closed the dispute the charge stays on my account so they wont refund me. They are a major scam and their website phishes information. Stay away from them for gods sake

Great experience, fabulous bag!

Very good experience buying from this online retailer. I purchased the large duomo hobo bag in black, when it arrived i was impressed by the care taken to pack my order. The outer box was a good size so my bag wasn't squeezed in and creased, it came in a good quality dust cover, all straps where protected and even the metal feet had rubber protectors. I also like the information about the designers and magazine which was also included. The quality of the bag is excellent and i love the attention to detail. I gladly have not had to return anything so far so cannot comment on the issues other customers have had. I am looking forward to my next purchase...... Id love to see more accessories such as wallets and purses to go with the bag collection. What would be amazing is a bag organizer / insert that fixes into the bag and can be used as a clutch as well as a safe accessory to put phone etc in.

Avoid buying from here they will scam you …

I ordered two dresses from the website one in a small and the other a medium. I had to open both packages on arrival as the sizing could not be seen on the outside. I tried on the medium and it fitted so I did not even get the other dress out of the packaging. I returned it and have today been told they will not refund me as the label on the dress had been removed although the tags were there. This cannot possibly have happened as a result of anything I did as the dress was entirely intact as I’d been sent it. I did not even try it on. Do not buy anything from this site. It is obviously a scam that is ripping off the customer. This has never happened to me before and I have returned clothes to other reputable retailers before now. I’m really upset about it

Poor shipping service

I should have read the reviews here earlier. With $600 purchase of a handbag, they didn't even use DHL which should be the cheapest way for international delivery. So the shipment almost took forever to arrive, more than three weeks or even longer, and the tracking was always in somewhere China. I have bought a lot from other online stores outside US, this is so far the worst. Won't go to the website any more.

I purchased an item from Fabrique using an affiliate discount code. At the time of purchase, the product was not marked as final sale, and there was no indication at checkout that it would be ineligible for return. My return request was even approved by Fabrique’s support team, yet weeks later, they refused the refund, claiming the item was final sale.

Worse, the returned item was delivered and received by Fabrique, but no refund was issued and I received no communication whatsoever until I reached out. Their own policy states that refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return—this deadline passed long ago.

I’m shocked to now see so many negative reviews about Fabrique’s return process. This company is a scam. Retroactively changing return eligibility and ignoring their own policies is fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

High-Quality Items; Return Process Needs Refinement

The two pairs of pants I kept are beautifully cut, made from high-quality textiles, and feel like true wardrobe staples. However, the return process for the rest of my order was more cumbersome than expected. At this price point, a smoother experience would go a long way. I had to request a return authorization via email, and though the website promises processing within 7–10 business days they receive the returned items, I received no update or refund until I followed up on day 18. While customer service was courteous throughout and issued the refund promptly after my inquiry, ideally, the process would be more reliable. I hope the returns experience is streamlined in the future, because I’d love to recommend Fabrique without reservation.

Terrible return process

Terrible return process. Ordered a short trench coat. It was terribly wrinkled and I did not like the fit. I have multiple pictures of myself in the coat with the “do not remove or you can’t return” big red tag. It was not removed. The company received the item and says tags were removed so they won’t accept it and I will have to pay shipping to get it sent back to me. I will be doing a chargeback from my credit card if it’s not rectified. I will also contact better business bureau. Terrible company. Do. Not order!!!
Edited to respond to company. There was no other tag other than the red tag on the item. There were no tags held on by strings. I did not remove ANY tag.

Terrible return process

Terrible return process – no response and no return label!!!

I placed my order on March 28 and received the package on April 7. I submitted a return request on April 10, well within the return window. This is now day 4 since I submitted the return request through your website.

I trusted your return policy, which clearly states that I would receive a return label automatically within 24 hours. However, it’s been 4 days and I’ve received nothing. I checked my spam folder — still nothing.

I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and have only received automated responses. There’s no phone number to call and no real support. On top of that, the return window is about to close.

Now I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit, and I have no way to return it. After checking Trustpilot, I found that many other customers are facing the exact same issue. This looks like a consistent problem — not just a one-time slip — and feels like a scam pattern.

Your company has truly let me down. I could’ve been a loyal customer because I genuinely liked the idea of supporting diverse designers and unique styles — that’s what brought me to Fabrique. But this return experience has been awful, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Scam company – delays returns, ignores emails, and blames the customer

Do NOT order from this company. It’s a scam.

I ordered two dresses and neither of them fit. I received the order on March 19 and submitted a return request that same evening at 9:47 PM.

Their return policy says customers have 7 days to return items. Today is March 23 (day 5) and I have still not received a return label or any response, despite multiple emails. I have proof of all communications.

Here’s the worst part:
They’ll likely try to blame you by saying they already sent the label, but it “must have gone to your spam folder.” Or later, they’ll claim “USPS didn’t receive your return package” — these are common tactics they use, as I’ve seen in many reviews.

This company is clearly trying to stall until the return window expires, so they can deny refunds.

I’ve already filed a dispute with my credit card company (Capital One / Visa) and I hope they don't reverse the transaction. I’m warning others now: avoid this company at all costs.

This company has no intention of honoring its return policy. It’s a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I should have looked up reviews before…

I should have looked up reviews before buying. Saw this company on Instagram, probably like everyone else. I bought a jacket and shirt, still haven’t received the shirt. The jacket was huge. You go to return it and they say they will follow up with a return label. Short story, you have to reach out again to get the label. They really don’t want you returning anything. The quality is fine. I think still very overpriced. Just disappointed, would highly recommend not buying anything from them.
