I ordered 12/21 for my kids Xmas gifts (2x no delivery) I waited a month for 1st, non delivery. I emailed they said they'll send a replacement, 2 weeks go by I ck the tracking, it says delivered. I email again and they only wanna do a partial refund. So I go on TT comments and ask if this happened to anyone else, because i thought maybe I got
scammed. they block me for "attacking" its 2/26 I'm so disappointed and my kids never got their gifts :(

They sent me the wrong item. I ordered a brown and black shirt. They sent me a tan and grey shirt. I was very disappointed when I opened up my package. I sent them an email about their mistake and they never responded to me. Waste of money! Very frustrating and disappointing. Worst customer service!!

I bought a shirt from them in my normal size. It arrived about 10 days later. When I tried it on, it was way too small. Tags attached, all original packaging intact, I requested an even exchange for a size up. After several emails requesting pictures of the shirt, the packing slip and packaging, I was told no, it was a promo, so they can't do the exchange. I didn't want a refund, I offered to pay the promotional discount but was refused. Now I have a cute shirt that I'll never be able to wear. Their sizes aren't true to size at all and they will just keep your money. AVOID!

As much as i like the quilty of the sweats i well no longer support this company. I made a pitches for my niece for Christmas the item was slightly to small for her so i tried to exchange for a size up. I didn't want money back just a easy exchange but they are refusing to because they say it was bought during the black Friday week due to sales but thing is the item i got wasn't a sale it was full price so now i have a track suit that can't be worn due to their dumb policy.

If I could do zero I would! What sucks is I received the pkg quickly all info on tracking was great wanted to use it again till I tried to return it because it was to small I hit return and it says rejected and it was an all sales were final sale and if u read the refund policy it only says the stuff bought on Black Friday can’t be returned. So they decided to keep my money not give a legitimate reason for it and not get any more business from me. Big red flag! Do not spend the money here if something is wrong your screwed!

After almost two weeks of waiting, my order was suddenly canceled due to “insufficient stock.” Unbelievable — especially since the items are still shown as available on their website. On top of that, the website doesn’t work properly; at times I couldn’t even log in to my account.

The support team had even assured me earlier that the item had already been shipped, which turned out to be untrue. Overall, a very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering here.

My wife mistakenly bought me the wrong sized shorts, so we emailed customer service to correct the error. It's beena week and I still haven't gotten a response. They just mailed me the wrong size anyway. I've emailed other business and have always gotten a fast response, but not FB County. I won't be buying from them anymore

There clothing is really great quality, I bought myself and my boyfriend these matching shirts the package came right on time, the shirts are durable and good quality and was the exact product like on there website
