Beware, scam! First fax was supposed to be free. Showed free right up to the point of sending then the price was $24.99 but discounted price was 99 cents which I paid with a credit card. Two days later they billed my credit card $24.99. Had to cancel my credit card. Not even sure the fax was delivered as you don't get a confirmation, only on their website it shows delivered. Will never use them again!

Le site indique un 1er fax gratuit, sans CB à renseigner et sans engagement, mais il faut finalement payer 0,99€ pour envoyer le fax et il faut ensuite annuler l'abonnement souscrit pour ne pas payer l'abonnement de 24.99€ par mois par la suite.
Par ailleurs, le fax que je souhaitais envoyer n'a pas été envoyé et j'ai donc dû trouver une autre solution pour l'envoi du document.
Il n'est pas non plus possible de supprimer le document.

Truffa, lasciate perdere questo sito! C’è scritto che il primo invio è gratis ed invece si prendono € 0,99 e come se non bastasse fanno partire un abbonamento automatico di € 24,99! Ho scritto due mail per il rimborso e non si sono neppure degnati di rispondere!

They scam you be offering a "free" faxing service and are not transparent about about signing you up to a subscription without your consent. Then you receive a 34.99 CAD charge a week later.

It’s a scam, just as many other customers have reported. I paid $0.99 for a fax, but then I noticed another $24.99 charge on my credit card. I'm not aware of signing any agreement for the subscription, they charge without my consent!

Deceptive website. Literally says "First fax free, no card required." on the landing page, but it turns out the first fax isn't free at all, and required a credit card payment, at which point they try to trick you into a $25/month subscription.

Wenn man ein Fax für 0,99€ versendet, was nicht mal schnell ankommt, schließt man scheinbar automatisch einen Vertrag ab. 24,99€ werden dann später zusätzlich abgebucht. Eine Kündigung war nicht sofort über die Seite möglich sondern erst nachdem die 24,99€ abgebucht wurden. Zusätzlich bekommt man keine Maild oder Ähnliches zugesendet über Aufträge, Zahlung etc.

Assolutamente una Truffa, ti fanno inviare un fax a 0,99 e poi senza alcuna autorizzazione ti prelevano dalla carta 24,99 a fronte di un abbonamento mai sottoscritto! State lontani

This is a fraud service which will charge you $25 per month without your agreement. Don't use this service!

Like everyone else says - at first the faxer.app website says you can send a fax for free. When you click through to send it, they say it's 99 cents. That's not much, so I clicked ok.

3 days later there was a $24.99 charge on my credit card.

There was no point where I saw that I was signing up for a subscription. I never received a single email from faxer.app saying that I had created an account, or signed up for a subscription. I have never received an email from faxer.app.

This service is deceptive.

Ich habe nur ein Fax verschickt und gleich nach drei Tagen haben sie mir ein Abo von 24,95 Euro abgebucht

I tried to send a one time fax. I inputted my card info. The sent a charge of $31.20 to my card. Beware

machen Werbung, dass das ersta Fax kostenlos sei und ohne registrierung.
Dann doch registrieren und nichts kostenlos.

Schicken kein Fax raus, kostet doch Geld und schließt automatisch im Kleingedruckten ein 25€ / Monat Abo ab

Ho inviato un fax e ho pagato 0,99 euro, dopo qualche giorno ti aprono un abbonamento di 24,90 euro senza avvisarti o chiedere l'autorizzazione, e quando ti registri per inviare il fax, nulla ti comunica che poi ti verrà addebitato l'abbonamento nei giorni successivi, tutto fa pensare alla spesa di 0,99 euro e basta, sito non in buona fede, ma truffaldino, poi devi andare nel sito e cancellare l'abbonamento, scorretto al massimo. Sconsiglio di fare il fax, utilizzare altri siti.

Scam-my site. They say first fax is free but don't tell you it gets you into a paid subscription in two days. That's not really how trials work in my opinion. Not falling for these kinds of sites again. I just really needed to fax medical records.

Ich hab die gleiche Erfahrung, wie viele andere auch. Ich musste ein Fax schicken, am Ende kostete es dann doch 0,99 € und irgendwie muss ich wohl so blöd gewesen sein, meine Kreditkartennummer einzugeben. Das Fax kam nie an, dafür eine Abbuchung von 19,99 €, und jetzt kam schon die zweite Abbuchung, da ich wohl ein monatliches Abo habe. Auf der Seite kann man sich nirgends einloggen ich hab nie eine E-Mail oder eine Rechnung erhalten, geschweige denn irgendeine Bestätigung, ich glaube ich hab noch nicht mal eine E-Mail-Adresse angegeben. Ende vom Lied. Ich hab jetzt meine Karte sperren müssen. Aber 40 € sind gestohlen.

Fax went great. It wasn't clear that they were going to charge me a subscription. I would rather that they charged a flat fee. Deceptive.

This is not a scam. The pricing page clearly states that the service costs $0.99 for the first three days, after which you are charged a recurring subscription fee of more than $20. You can cancel your subscription by selecting “Manage Subscription” under the “Send Fax” menu. They use Stripe, which requires them to provide a cancellation option on their website.

I did not receive any notification that I was entering a recurring monthly subscription for services that were only needed one time. There were no emails regarding confirmation or communication from this site regarding the charges. I find this lack of communication less than honest and it appears the service hopes a user doesn’t notice the charges.
