Excellent service received my order within a couple of days. Product was of very good quality and very reasonably priced.

Although the delivery of the item ordered was delayed when I made an enquiry I was subsequently kept well informed of the situation and the item was received in good order at a competitive price.

It was my first time to order two items and it takes ages to received my items.I wasn’t happy at all and I send several emails but unfortunately nothing happened.

The stated delivery date was going to be after I'd left on holiday but the order arrived 4 days earlier. The item was well packed and with a long expiry date. It was also the lowest cost from my Internet search.

The process was quick and easy, however, no tracking was provided so I didn't know when the package was arriving.

The purchase and delivery side of things were really good, although the item was described as damaged packaging, which I was happy to accept. However, there was no attempt to properly package up for transit or try to protect the exposed light. Part of the box was torn away exposing the light to damage, which was cling filmed up and sent off. Imagine this ceiling light being thrown around in the back of various vans with no protection at all.

We ordered a herbal supplement as it was priced competitively with a free delivery. Happy with the service, quality and the swift delivery.
