Not even worth 1 star! Order a shirt 4 weeks ago, multiple emails sent and no response to any, customer service is shocking! Will be requesting a refund through my bank now as i have asked for a refund and been ignored!

Great quality product delivered as promised and I am delighted with the football shirt

Ordered 2 kits for my children after week 2 contacted customer service to be told items still being prepared. 5weeks later still no kits and several messages to customer services only response we got was it was being prepared even after a refund request.
Wouldn't order again. Was never offered a refund and had to go through bank.
Domt waste your time or money!

Do not order from this company. Complete scam! Finally got refund from bank. Contact your bank and get a refund!!

Chased my order several time receiving back please be patient, Warehouse is busy, we are vey busy and there is a back log amongst others. Upon the second month of waiting I requested a full refund and now there is no reply.

I also have fallen foul to this company. Still waiting after 4 months for a football shirt to arrive! My original choice of shirt was out of stock therefore in May I agreed to an alternative design (a photo of which Faunasports sent to me for approval) Since then it's been excuse after excuse and now they are not even responding to my request for a refund. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY>

This company is a scam,
I place and paid for an item of clothing from them on the 18/07/25 and nothing🤦‍♂️
I have been waiting weeks and their communication with the customers is rubbish, I’ve sent them 3 emails and gave them my order and I’ve had nothing from them not even a response to say sorry for the delay 🤷🏻‍♂️😡I have phoned my bank and reported this company as fraud

AVOID - Ordered over 3 weeks ago with poor communications, lack of support queries coupled with a lack of any viable tracking information (of which has been requested from them without response).

I will be approaching my bank to mark them as dodgy if nothing is received in the next week.

The shirt took 2 months to be delivered. Their response to prompts was either delayed or nonexistent.

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. Warning DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They do not reply directly to any query. They promise but do not deliver. They basically tell you it is your fault and courier problems you have to deal with when it is they who have a contract with the courier company. Shocking customer service nearly 20 emails and 3 months later I do not have the goods for my wife's birthday! Appalling!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. No delivery, slow response and broken promises. Fortunately PayPal provided full refund. Hugely disappointed.

I bought this for a kickabout with my mates so I wouldn't ruin an expensive shirt, and it's perfect. The quality is solid for the price and it's holding up well after a few washes.

faunasports seem to use many names but exact sites to sell shirts but keep giving various excuses about dispatch,finally they didnt respond till my credit card took over then instant reply.Still waiting for dispatch but obviously con artists who will cheat at any chance.

I ordered the England ladies football kit at the start of July - it's now 8th August Euros have finished- England won and I still don't have the kit! Lol refund my £100 or send items please

Don’t reply to help emails, took ages for delivery no update, didn’t receive the shirts, had to contact bank for refund.

Scam! Ordered in May and still waiting for a top! Asked for a refund and they’ve gone quiet!

My bank has credited the amount this company robbed off me and all so advised anyone to contact their bank for an back payment… hope this helps

Poor communication, ordered product 2 months ago- fake tracking details given. No sign of product. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Dreadful company!
Ordered a football kit for my son - website said 7 days for delivery. After 7 days and not hearing from them, I emailed to ask for an update. I received a response to say it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery to the UK. That’s when I realised they were based in China.
I asked for a refund but was told refunds weren’t possible as the order was placed.
I pressed this as was told again. No refunds.
The shirt finally arrived a month after order but the shorts were missing. I chased it again and they said it was because they were busy. Next time I should order through their VIP site as it’s quicker.
6 weeks and three emails later the shorts haven’t arrived and they’ve stopped replying.

Avoid this company, they are terrible!
