Not sure how this company has got bad reviews. I have been a customer for a number of years now, and not only are the designs of good quality, I have only ever received good and quick responses from the customer service department when having to contact them in the past. If you want exclusive designs at good quality I would recommend Fathersons Clothing.

Price of shirt was great. Quick easy site to navigate but the €23 delivery charge was crazy for something that will arrive in a little bag with no weight at all. Delivery cost may put me off buying again

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing two jumpers from here. Both were damaged - one had a small hole - the other loose threads. The company refused to take responsibility for damaged goods. I exchanged a number of emails with customer service who tried to pick holes in my story and lay blame rather than resolving the problem. Due to the length it took me to inspect the products- they were gift - it gave the company rationale to ignore the damage. And eventually ignore my emails. Extremely bad customer service & bad quality products. Will not be purchasing from them again! For the amount you are paying for them the fitting is poor & the quality extremely bad.

Shocking customer service! Garments are decent quality, however not as superior as they appear with their strong marketing. Sizing runs Small, and when it comes to returns/exchanges, this company is awful! Totally rigid, zero empathy and very expensive. I have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with a company : (

The sizes arent my normal sizes, but once you find a size that fits, they're all pretty much the same fit. Delivery is quick. No need to contact custom services.

Die Hemden passen sich sehr gut an, auch bei breiterem Rücken ohne ein Geräusch als würde etwas reisen! Top! Auch der Ledergürtel, sehr gut, wobei das einfach ein Gürtel ist und das Emblem rein gesteckt wurde... (auf Etsy für 15,00 € erhältlich mit eigenen Initialen) und den Gürtel für 50,00 € bei Amazon mit den Löchern :)

Allerdings habe ich dann gedacht, ich bestelle noch die Shirts die auf Instagram vermarktet werden, die haben den Anschein, dass die Schnitte falsch und schräg sind, gefällt mir überhaupt nicht!

Wie aber andere schon schreiben, der Support ist einfach miserabel, keine Einsicht und dann steck ich die Energie lieber in diesen Beitrag, als dem Support zu schreiben, wo man sowieso keine vernünftige Antwort bekommt.

Disgusting service. They answer you after a long time, and after that they do not answer you. The first and last time I buy clothes from them. I have not yet received the clothes for more than two weeks. I have lost more than 300€. Shame on you.

Best experiance And Better feel clothing

Leider wurde ich dort betrogen, daher nur ein Stern.

Die Beschreibung des Produkts war komplett falsch, aber leider weigert sich der Verkäufer das Produkt auf eigene Kosten zurückzunehmen. Ich soll 20€ für den Versand bis nach mir zahlen + 20€ für den Rückversand und dabei war es der Verkäufer, der sein Produkt komplett falsch beschrieben hat.

Ansonsten ist auch die Qualität nicht besonders gut. Hier wird einfach mit ein paar bekannten "Influencern" Werbung gemacht und wahrscheinlich ist das auch der Grund, weshalb die Produkte so teuer sind. Qualität der Produkte und der Support sind absolut miserabel.
