Discount not applied as promised....
I popped into the Salcombe store recently. Staff were helpful and I chose a hoodie. Before purchasing, I asked if FatFace still provided a discount for BlueLight Card holders. The answer was yes so I provided my card as proof and paid for the item. They provided me with an email receipt and so it was only when I got home and looked at the email did I realise that the discount had not be applied. I called FatFace customer services but they said there was nothing they could do. Poor service on this occasion :(

Great clothes for me
I have been a customer of fatface for many years. As a tall man I find the clothes fit me well. I have also been lucky, as ex military, in enjoying discount. The staff at my local fatface are very cheerful and helpful.

Definitely worth a visit
Having never been to Salcombe, finding a Fatface there was a very pleasant surprise 😁..lovely store layout, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Definitely worth the visit. Grabbed some lovely pyjamas in the sale aswell as a new coat.

Seam ripped open
The beautiful plum velvet trousers split a seam by the zip the second time I wore them. I’m very disappointed.
