Amazing staff
I had an old, barely legible gift certificate, and the team at FatFace went above and beyond to help me redeem it. They took the time to track down the numbers and confirm the amount—something not every store would be willing to do. The customer service was absolutely impeccable. Friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their effort, and I’ll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
