Thank you for leaving us this review about your instore shopping experience, it's great reading such positive comments about the service you received. We look forward to you shopping with us again soon at our Maidstone store.

I ordered some items online
I ordered some items online - not all of them suitable because of poor fit or design or not appearing as photos. All items were of excellent quality though, something I have come to expect from Fatface. What I really like is that I knew it would be easy to return any unwanted items to my local store in Maidstone where the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Hence the 5 stars even though not everything in my order was suitable.

It's nice to get an accurately sized piece of clothing. I know that a XXL Fatface long sleeve polo fits me well, and it a decent length. I know it will wash well too. So happy days.
