Fatface jeans too big
Bought two jeans in size 12, my usual size, but found them much too big. Took them back to King's Cross branch for a refund. Speedy and efficient service. I have now reordered jeans in Size 10, which fit perfectly.

I love the service I got at the store in Kings Cross Station. Wish they had one near me in the US. Online will do. Unique prints and patterns. Great quality, and eco friendly. The only thing is their prices, so I stick to shopping in sale.

No matter where I’m in the country love walking into a fat face store, the colours and display are so inviting. Customer service was excellent no pressure into purchasing an item.

Loved your colors and styles
Loved your colors and styles. Staff very helpful and efficient. Checked availability of an item in all London stores that I had seen in Keswick. Ordered easily on web site when no stores currently had it in stock.

Delivery was okay🤷♀️Not overjoyed
Delivery was good. But, the colour of the shirt online,is deceptive, as its not that deep a red. Also, the quality isn't as good as clothing in that price range,i think its overpriced. A bit of a disappointing purchase, if I'm honest. I'm not purchasing the other colour as i suspect thats much the same.

I went into the Fat Face store at Kings Cross Station and had the most fabulous service by Shirley! She was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel like the only customer in the store.
It is a funny story, where rather embarrassingly, I had taken a tumble and ripped my pants and cut my knee. And so, Shirley helped me to replace them and found me the most fabulous pair of black jeans/jeggings!
Not only did she help me with my pants, but she also, bless her, went out of her way to go and get the first aid kit to ensure that my knee was cleaned up and okay!
I couldn't thank her enough. Shirley, you are a god send and I love my new jeggings! xxxx
