Went in the Evesham Valley store to see…
Went in the Evesham Valley store to see rail marked Sale £30 or under. Took top to till to find it was £40. Whilst explaining that the rail was marked £30 or below a manager I guess, came over and said to meet trading standards she would take the items off the rail for 24 hours. No apology or offer of selling at the advertised price and really rude in her manner in front of others. I had not asked for anything but do not expect such poor service. As leaving another customer said they are always doing it. Really disappointing for this brand
Is it correct that you price sale items incorrectly then just remove from sale for 24 hours without even an apology. Also this is not a one off as another customer said the same had happened previously with them as stated above.

I often go to the Evesham store
I often go to the Evesham store. Lisa and her co-workers are always very cheerful and friendly. They let you browse and try things on but are there if you need help. It's such a nice atmosphere there and you don't feel rushed, which usually means I end up buying several things.

The assistant couldn’t have been more helpful.
I had an issue with an item previously bought.
The lady who was serving me went out of her way to sort out the problem and managed to find a replacement in some older stock.
I was delighted as had loved the item.

I received a gift card a few years ago…
I received a gift card a few years ago and managed to mislay it ! When I eventually found the card I tried to use it within store ! It didn’t work, this was due to it being just out of date. The store manager said that as the card had never been used and by phoning fat face customer service they would reactivate it. When phoning fat face they said “tough” it was out of date and the £30 was gone !!! I will never give anyone a gift card again as cash will ever go out of date. I’m appalled that they can basically steal your money and not offer any recompense. Discussed 😡😡
