Excellent. The hoodie I ordered online arrived very quickly but was too big. no problem I took it to the Belfast store and lovely helpful staff replaced it with smaller size. Couldn't have been easier.

Excellent store and helpful staff
Two recent visits and purchased clothes for both my wife and I, as well as our son. Staff in Belfast Branch are very helpful, and knowledgeable about their products and stock. Referred us to the excellent website for some lines which weren't in store, and these were duly ordered and arrived promptly also. Always excellent quality, we are delighted with our purchases and the service from both in-store (which we prefer) and on-line, when this is necessary.

Served by Lauren. Superb Service.
We were in the Belfast store today and the customer service we received was second to none. We were served by Lauren who was on hand to help, really friendly and attentive right up to keeping our bags safe for us until we returned so we didn't have to carry them with us. Absolutely impeccable service, well done and thank you!!!! The store itself was tidy and well presented, great variety of clothes and excellent quality throughout.
