Delivery period is not accurate
I ordered boots following the information that they would be delivered the next day so I could collect them quickly.
They were ordered on the 13th Nov
I expected that I could collect them on the 14th Nov
However, on the 18th Nov I had an email informing me that there was a delay in collecting the boots.
We had already planned to be in Bakewell, where the boots were sent, on the 18th Nov to collect. So we had a wasted journey. We could not change this plan for other reasons.
Eventually, on the 23rd Nov I had notification that the boots had arrived at the Bakewell shop.
So the earliest I could collect was today, the 26th Nov.
The boots are good. My wife is very pleased with them.
However, you are advertising next day collection. This is clearly not true as the delay is 10 days, hardly next day.
Please change your advertising to be a true reflection of your service.
As a family we use Fatface a lot. We expected better.

A great brand.
I was apprehensive when I learnt that Next had acquired (or so I was lead to believe Fat Face. So far no deterioration in the quality and style of clothing. The online line service is great and staff in my local shop are really super.

I was looking for a jacket and sent for two different sizes. They arrived within two days. Although the coats were very good quality, they were too thick for what I wanted. I was able to return them to their shop at Bakewell. The staff were so helpful and welcoming ( even to the dog ) Even though there was no purchase it was a very pleasant experience.

It was fine but too small so I returned it to a Fatface shop in Bakewell and bought a different pullover, which is excellent. Still waiting for my refund but I guess it takes a few days to come through hence the reason for 4 stars at this point in time otherwise it would have definitely been 5 stars

I am so sorry to hear that the item was not suitable. Once a refund has been processed the bank advise to allow 3-5 working days for the amount to show back in accounts, it can be sooner than this depending on who you bank with.

Lovely staff
Unfortunately the items I ordered didn't fit me and I had to return then BUT they were delivered speedily and on time and when I returned them to the Bakewell store the staff in there were so welcoming and friendly I had a look round and ended up buying some other things. Only thing I would slightly criticise is the lighting in the store which needs to be MUCH brighter but the staff are shining stars!
