From first speaking to Dwayne to the successful conclusion of our removal and clearance, everyone involved was 'can do', professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The guys also work really hard, are careful and remained cheerful throughout even when faced with carrying a large, heavy sideboard down 6 flights of stairs! Just used Fast Track for the second time. Great service. Very pleased with the whole experience. On time, polite, careful, had all the right kit. The key to this company is the employees who really make it work. Dean and Tyron couldn't have been more helpful. Great guys. Would highly recommend

I was extremely grateful that they agreed to come and put up my greenhouse which should've taken three hours £150. Unfortunately, there were two pieces missing and a metal rod that wasn't right, but could've been rectified by drilling a new hole to make it line up. The job couldn't be completed, but I was charged £250, the greenhouse cost £229 🤣🤣
When I contacted Dwayne and explained that most people who are doing DIY check to make sure all parts are there before carrying out the job. He then told me that I could've checked for the parts prior to the job being done.
I would like to know who would open such a package with small screws, materials that if broken could cause him harm, just to have it knocking around in the house with a six year old Autistic child running around? If I could've done it myself, I would've checked. God don't sleep!
It's a shame Craig is no longer there, he had good business principles and cared about the people who used his company and would've been fair!
Forgot to mention the Lunch and cigarette breaks, which is what the extra time is!
Ty did his best to make it happen. He worked hard whilst his colleague was sitting and on his phone.
Unfortunately, his money hungry boss/so called Director, blocked me before I could give Ty my gift to him. I was very upset and they left before I could speak to him. Ty you are a really nice young man and I wish you well!

Very professional and friendly with it. Nothing was too much trouble. They moved some very heavy sofas through very awkward spaces . Will definitely be using them again. Would highly recommend

Dean and Valde helped me with my move today and they were so friendly and made the transition so easy and efficient. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way which was helpful. I really appreciate all their help and will recommend anyone I know. Thank you.

Only needed one item moving, but it was no trouble getting that done at a reasonable cost and at a mutually convenient time for the collection and delivery. Polite, and careful removal team, who were also happy to get the item in place in the room required.

My family and I were moving from a five bedroom town house in London to a similar property in Hampshire and I was dreading it. I was very stressed but after speaking to a number of companies I chose this one. Dwayne, was very thorough and took his time to understand our needs. I felt confident that they would do a good job. However, Dwayne and his team did an excellent job, they really performed wonders. They were on time (actually they arrived a little early), got straight to work, they were super efficient, friendly, respectful and caring. They were also fun and worked great together as a team. Without a doubt they provided the best moving service I have ever experienced, I would recommend them to anyone wholeheartedly!

Fast Track Removals were absolutely brilliant and worth every penny. The two guys who moved our staff were kind, polite and careful with our furniture.

We had the best experience with Dwayne and his team yesterday, moving us from London to Margate. They were all so warm and friendly and super efficient. We knew our move was in the best hands and they made the experience of our big move so lovely from start to finish. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Moving day was made easy by the team. They were polite and efficient. Once we arrived at the new property, the car park was a bit far from the main entrance, the problem was solved as the guys came up with a good solution.
Second little issue, my sofa was too big for entry. Again problem solved the issue by discussing the matter and before you knew it, the sofa came up and through the balcony doors.
After the team had left, noticed accidental damage caused to TV aerial... reported it and the matter was dealt with the company manager himself and was so helpful and got everything working again by taking the TV away for a quick repair.
Absolutely no complaints!

Dwayne and his team were fantastic. Price was good, they arrived exactly on time and had all the right equipment. They were cheerful and friendly through the whole day in spite of many stairs at the destination! Everything was delivered to our new house without a scratch.

Charming competent young men who moved furniture from London to our country house in Hampshire. Smartly turned out and nothing was too much trouble. Would strongly recommend.

Our move was first class from start to finish and what a huge weight it took off our shoulders.

Adrian and Mo were professional, polite, friendly, helpful and clearly are the perfect team, as they worked together, without any fuss, to make our move go smoothly, without any problems whatsoever.

They used covers for doors and furniture, and put items in various rooms, wherever we asked.

I was introduced to removal by a friend who trusted them soo much.I am happy she is a witness to what i am writing,It all happened on the 15/11/24.I had to move my things from storage to my new place.Apparently it is the same removal that moved the things to storage ,hence it is just right calling them so they can assemble the things back.
On delivering my furniture,things were missing,my curtain rails,part of the dining table accessory and accessories to assemble my ward robe.
One of the movers said they will return to fix things and that when he gets into the van he will send a text of what to buy to fix them,,so i made full payment giving them the benefit of the doubt which my daughter was not happy about as she did not trust them.
Alas they NEVER got back me.I sent several messages ,called several times just like the young woman said was exactly what happened.A month after my daughter sent a text to DWAYNE whom we were told owns the services,saying he should fix the missing things so that it does not get messy.Dwayne claimed that was a threat and i said no it is no threat however to ignore the text.
Here we are today,it got messy just as predicted.
9 weeks ago Dwayne visited to fix things and then he said the missing part of the wardrobe was not complete.I gave him the missing part of the dining table to fix(glass dining table) and after doing it ,carried it flimsly and then broke the metal bit.That was the end of the table.He ordered me a new curtain rails.Yes it was an accident,I bought another dining table.,I immediately contacted the wardrobe company and within a week the part was delivered.My friend who introduced me has been around and was like,i cant believe this ;it seem they have expanded and lost that good customer relation they had.
I am sending this today because it is exactly 13 weeks today.They keep giving dates and dont turn up giving excuses as they said to me earlier to forget about the wardrobe doors and use the wardrobe that way.Who does that,so things could be falling out.This is a glass door that almost fell on my grand daughter in december.I have decided to take it further for the stress they put me through and money spent

I am very pleased with the removal service they gave me last Saturday. The four guys conducting my removal were very friendly and did all they could to make my move as smooth as possible. They went the extra mile in reassembling various bits of furniture and before they left asked me if there were any large pieces of furniture that I wanted repositioning. I definitely recommend Fast Track Removals.
