Faststyling 

Ordered 3 tops. Immediately charged on credit card but a month later, still nothing arrived. Never received an email order confirmation. Worked with Visa for a reversal of charges.
Weeks later, an anonymous package arrived. Blouses were cheaply manufactured, polyester instead of the promised cotton, and hugely oversized vs. label.
Total trash. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR. It may be a way of collecting emails and addresses for data hacks after the fact.

Fastfitstyle is a scam - a dishonest “bait & switch” company. Picture online showed a comfy looking, breathable material beach shift/bathing suit cover. What arrived instead was a POLYESTER facsimile that looked more like a nightgown. Trying to get full refund was a nightmare. Customer service is abysmal. Do not purchase from Fastfitstyle!

I tried to return a dress that was advertised as cotton but was sleazy polyester and was too big. I ordered small but it hung off the shoulders. Emails from them asked for multiple pics and offers of 20% discount. This went on for days. I contacted PayPal and finally got a shipping label from the company to send it to China for $60 dollars which I didn’t send. PayPal gave me a full refund.

I wish I had the foresight to look at trust pilot. Fast fit style products are cheap. I bought two, not just one, print cotton dresses. For my sins, they don’t look like the pictures and they certainly aren’t made of cotton. I would give them zero minus stars if I could. Caveat emptor.

The company are complete fraudsters. I received an item that didn't match the description of what I had purchased. No one would respond to my return/refund request via their website. I eventually managed to message someone via WhatsApp who refused to accept return and refund. Please do not buy it is most definitely a scam. I still haven't received my refund.

Terrible product & terrible customer service.
I ordered 1 but they auto updated my order to 2. Thought not a problem, if its good my daughter can have 1. Anyway, took weeks to arrive, much longer than the stated delivery time. When it did arrive one of the boxes was squashed. Opened it & was stunned by the very cheap product. Tried to use & it was useless. One of the plug prongs broke off in the plug socket. Attempted to contact them by email several times with no reply, tried their WhatsApp with no reply, tried calling them on WhatsApp with no reply. They only started to reply when I said I was opening a grievance with my credit card company. They told me to return it at my cost to Italy! I said I will but as per their website they have to send me a returns label. They refused to do this. Several more WhatsApp back & forth & the credit card finally found in my favour. Original grievance opened in Oct 2022 & resolved in Jan 2023.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a styler as an Xmas present. Didn't arrive in time for Xmas!..... plugged it in and it tripped all my electric with a smell of burning from the appliance. After many emails they finally replied wanting a video. I replied, telling them I wasn't happy to film it as I thought it was dangerous!!!!
Needless to say I've heard nothing since!!! I must have sent in excess of 30 emails...I have now heard of a couple of incidents of the appliances tripping the fuses. These people should not be allowed to trade! I wish I'd have read these reveiws before I purchased but hindsight is a wonderful thing!!!

Product was broken. Emailed numerous times. I was asked to send a video demonstrating. Which I did, I had to follow up numerous times. I eventually got a reply asking for a video. I replied to say I already sent one. Obviously their customer service didn’t bothered reading back the communication.

I was then asked if I was okay to receiving a replacement, I said yes. And they replied only with ‘done’. Terrible customer service throughout. Needless to say, it wasn’t ‘done’ and I haven’t received the replacement, and they’ve stopped replying to my follow ups.

DO NOT ORDER. I wish I’d looked up trust pilot before ordering. All of their website reviews are glowing. I sent a negative experience review, and it was never included on their website. I assume they don’t include any negative feedback, therefore on first glance it looks really good. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Utter rubbish, does not work as the videos show. It is a scam and they should be stopped. No customer service, cannot return or get a refund.

SCAM - do not order as you are wasting your money

Shocking company! I ordered and it came, was horrendous so tried to send back. The email on the website is fake, there is no address and I paid through Klarna thinking they would have an address but NO! DO NOT BUY!!!

Haven’t received my stylers x 2 why i didn’t read reviews first is beyond me !! Sent numerous emails with zero response from anyone at the company !! They fail to mention when purchasing that your items are coming from China so you know that you’d be waiting 4 weeks plus for your item to arrive !! £80 down the drain don’t waste your money

Took almost 4 weeks for item to arrive. The 2nd time I used one of the attachments broke of in my hair!! Absolute rubbish don't waste your time or your money.

Like everyone else I didn’t look at the reviews before I bought. It’s a scam. I never received anything and had no replies via email. Avoid if you don’t want to be scammed!

If I could give a -1 I would. I ordered the hair wrap from a tiktok ad and have been waiting nearly a month. I called the number on my email maybe 20 times, its always "busy". This was a Christmas present and I haven't even been able to get a refund to buy something else. Im so upset and disgusted.

I bought a tool, and like many of those also leaving reviews, I looked at the reviews too late. So I went to cancel my order, but Its been over a month and I still haven't received my refund!! I'm so mad!! I'm a university student and thought I would spend some money and treat myself, now I don't have the money and they wont give it back, its an absolute scam, and no one replies to my emails!!

Wish I could leave one star - products are faulty and dangerous and getting nowhere with refund, customer service is rude and faceless, one word answers and as per my previous email to name a few

Unfortunately I read the reviews too late. The day after I ordered my product, I saw the reviews on Trust Pilot. I contacted the customer service team to cancel my order. Email and what’s app. No reply. So I don’t know if my order is cancelled or what….

Would give a 0 if I could. Bought from an ad on TikTok. No customer service, product arrived after 3 weeks and is terrible quality. Please please please don’t buy!!!!

Do not buy from here! I bought the hair wrap with the adapters, it didn't work as expected. I haven't attempted to contact on two occasions and received no return contact or support on how I return/gain part refund for a faulty item. Customer service none existent, don't make the mistake I did!

I would have scored this a 0. I ordered the 5 in 1 hair styler advertised on tik tok for my daughter. The product never arrived so £40 down the drain. I have sent numerous emails with only one reply saying it would take 12 working days but this was purchased on the 31st October. They won’t reply to any emails requesting a date for delivery or refunding me. I have also text the what’s app number where they tell me they will look into it straight away but then they ignore all the other messages sent. Although I did get an email from them last week asking me to review the product!!!! This is an absolute scam and I agree should be taken down from platforms advertising for fast styling!
