We are a primary school setting and have been working with Fast Response Ltd for over five years. They provide both First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid training, and their service has consistently met the needs of our staff and school environment.

Fast Response Ltd has been incredibly accommodating, offering flexible training options including both fully face-to-face sessions and blended learning (part online, part in-person). I have been coordinating directly with Nicole, who is always helpful and efficient when arranging training for large groups—often up to 24 staff members.

The training itself is highly informative, and the practical sessions are especially effective. Nicole uses realistic scenarios for role play, which helps our staff feel confident and prepared for real-life situations. She also brings a range of first aid equipment, ensuring we get hands-on experience with applying bandages, addressing injuries, performing CPR, and using a defibrillator.

The value for money is excellent, and the quality of training is outstanding. We are extremely satisfied and look forward to continuing our partnership with Fast Response Ltd for many years to come.

Great learning style. Very approachable to ask questions and a mix of videos, presentation and physical exercises.

Professional and friendly delivery as always with no fluff. Nicole adds extra info where it’s needed but it never feels like you’re dwelling on a topic too long.
