I had business cards made. As always: efficiency, availability, and impeccable quality.

I’m a little late writing this review as I haven’t been well, but my business cards arrived around two weeks ago and I wanted to take the time to leave a proper review.

I initially ordered Fast Printing’s sample pack and, having ordered around 15–20 sample packs from different printers over time, theirs was easily the best and highest-quality I’ve received. It made comparing the different stocks, textures, thicknesses and finishes considerably easier.

Unfortunately, the two black card stocks I originally preferred weren’t available with one being out of stock at the time. I had chosen them quite specifically for their shade of black, texture and natural uncoated feel, so the stock was an important part of the finished product.

Theodore suggested an alternative which he felt was very similar. As it wasn’t possible to send me a sample of that particular stock in the UK, I ultimately took his word for it — and I’m very glad I did.

Theodore was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional throughout the entire process, from my initial enquiry right through to delivery. I had several questions along the way and made a few adjustments to the business card design, all of which were dealt with promptly. I never felt rushed into placing the order, and he guided me through each stage clearly.

The cards themselves are quite substantial, with thick black uncoated stock, gold foil to both the front and back, and gold-foiled edges. Despite the specification, the price was very reasonable. I obtained quotes elsewhere for similar cards that were nearly double the price.

Most importantly, the finished product exceeded my expectations. The quality of the stock and foil, the presentation, the careful packaging for its long journey to the UK, and even the small complimentary sticky-note pad were all excellent. Everything arrived promptly and very well protected.

Overall, it has been a genuinely excellent experience. I will certainly return when I need more business cards, and we will also need new letterheads in the future. Unfortunately, our previous printer has lost my trust following several issues with past orders, so based on both the quality of Fast Printing’s samples and my experience with this first order, I expect we’ll be using Fast Printing for our printing requirements going forward.

Shane is the one who helped me, and he was wonderful. I came in with a lot of opinions and went through round after round of revisions, and he never once made me feel like I was being difficult. He just kept sending proofs until it was right.

He also took the time to explain the paper stocks and finishes, and he was honest about which upgrades were worth it and which ones I would never notice. That kind of advice saves you money instead of costing you money, and it is not something you get everywhere.

Olivia was amazing to work with and everything ran smoothly from getting a quote to when I received my order. I was a little nervous because I had a tight border on a lot of stickers and cards but the registration was perfect and the foil quality is great!

Sunny was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so patient throughout the entire process and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions - and there were a LOT! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always so responsive and accommodating.
