Harry provided an outstanding service when changing my car’s windscreen. He took real pride in his work and treated my car with great care. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond — not only doing a fantastic job but also taking the time to include and answer my autistic child’s questions with patience and kindness. It made the whole experience so positive and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Harry highly enough!

Fastline were excellent. I needed a replacement rear quarter glass panel which I was being quoted crazy money to sort, (£750 from Autoglass with a 2 week wait, was one quote). Someone recommended Fastline to me who shaved £500 off and came the very next day to my home to do the work.

Brilliant service, after my Fleet company eventually approved the repair Autoglazing were brilliant they contacted me immediately to confirm details and arrange a booking. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly reliable – everything was done quickly and to a high standard. The service was clean, quick and effective. Throughout the process I was kept informed of what to expect, when and how much it could cost. The gentlemen who arrived explained clearly what the process was and I had every confidence in their professionalism and skills.

I needed an urgent windscreen replacement and this was the only company that went out of their way, drove an hour to pick up a new screen and fitted it straight away. From first phone call to the guys fitting it the service was friendly, professional and fast.

This garage is an absolute disgrace. I went in with ONE wheelchair restraint broken. They replaced it, and then suddenly the other one — which was working 100% perfectly when I arrived — had “magically” stopped working. Then came the demand for another £200 and a wait of up to 10 days for a part they couldn’t even name. In my view, this is either gross incompetence or outright shady behaviour. Either way, I felt completely cheated.

The receptionist was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in any business. From the second I walked in, he had an attitude. By the end, he was shouting in my face, demanding money he knew I didn’t owe (it’s a company car). I walked out feeling not only scammed, but also verbally abused.

What makes this even worse is that they missed a massive business opportunity. The company I hire my vehicle from operates many wheelchair-accessible cars in Brighton. If Fastline had provided decent service, they could have gained a lot of regular business. Instead, I reported my experience, and the company has decided they will never use Fastline again. Very unprofessional, and frankly, not very smart.

In my honest opinion, these people should not be trusted with any vehicle, let alone one designed for wheelchair users. Their work felt careless, their behaviour aggressive, and their whole approach unprofessional. This is without doubt one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.
