I've used fastlane 6 times this summer for transfers to and from Manchester to Hartford. Always on time and the best price around.

Good communication, reliable, on time, nice professional driver, lovely vehicle. Would definitely use again.

Called prior to pick up to arrange exact location, where he was supposed to be at prior to time of booking, very polite and lovely clean car.

On our trip to Manchester, we booked Fastlane Transfers. The driver contacted us and we had no difficulty in finding his vehicle. He was friendly and courteous. The car was clean and the ride seamless. I booked the taxi again at the end of our visit. This time I was bit anxious as we had to reach the airport around 5 am in the morning. So I asked Fastlane to send the driver at 0430 am and he reached even 10 minutes earlier. I was really impressed by this high standard of professionalism. Used Fastlane Transfers today from Manchester airport to our house! Well the service was impeccable the Driver kept in constant contact he called as soon as the plane landed, our bags got delayed so I let the driver know and it was not a problem he parked up and waited patiently. Would highly recommend the service to anyone.

Our lift from the airport after our holiday fell through (don't you love family!) . We booked fastlane from the departure lounge in Spain & were a bit worried as we'd never heard of them before, but it was so easy! Minutes after I'd booked I received a phone call to confirm we were happy with the cost so I knew they were legit which was a weight off our minds. Our only worry was we didnt know where the car would be at manchester airport but the driver contacted us directly & kept in touch until we met up. He was friendly, polite & professional - very refreshing. We couldn't have asked for a better service & will definately use them again.

Booked a taxi from Manchester to Warrington.Journey was very smooth.The driver was prompt and courteous.Received prior notifications at each step and there was no concerns at all.

British airport taxi was absolutely perfect, I had communication to confirm the booking via email and by text message before the day the address was confirmed plus on the day they texted again to confirm that they were coming.
Driving was polite, helpful and very much a good driver. Vehicle was immaculate and perfectly sized for the trip.

We called Fastlane Transfers after being stranded in Zurich due to a cancelled connecting flight. Fastlane took the call, and immediately I knew I was in good hands. They promptly reassured me that a driver would be precisely where and when we needed them upon arrival back in the UK. They provided accurate and timely confirmation of the booking and when we landed at Manchester airport the next day I had a call off the driver to confirm the pick up point. The driver was kind and patient whilst we collected our bags and gave us clear directions to meet him. The drive back home from Manchester to Birmingham was safe and pleasant.
