Easy to use design feature in ordering
Easy to use design feature in ordering. Fair price for fast turnaround. Didn't have to wait for someone to get quote back to me. Pens delivered quickly and on time.
4 stars as packaging could have been better - the box opened in the main bag and the print on the pens must have been slightly not set, meaning some pens had a bit of colour smear where they'd touched/rubbed. This was minor and did rub off.

Excellent service from this company.
I found the website very user friendly including at the points of product choice, product design, and ordering.
I gave the wrong email address when I placed my order but a quick phone call rapidly resolved that problem. Thank you Sami Millard for your help and also following up with an email.
Despite placing my order 1 week from our wedding, the pencils arrived in plenty of time and our guests loved them.
Product quality was top notch with a lovely clean HB lead, a very good rubber, clear typeface, and colours true to choice.
My order was very small so I think if a business can provide such an excellent service and product at that level then if you're considering placing a larger run with them then go for it. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Good pens. But not fast.
The pens were good and happy with quality. But ultimately I chose the company for the fast delivery, and they arrived later than their scheduled delivery date, and therefore the order missed the deadline I had.

You're absolutely right – the dispatch was delayed and your order should have left on Wednesday 18th but unfortunately didn’t leave until Monday 23rd. Although it was placed on our standard production service (which includes an additional 3 working days before dispatch), this still didn’t meet the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for that.
We also understand how important your deadline was. As we hadn’t been made aware of a specific event date, we weren’t able to prioritise your order – but we completely appreciate the frustration when delivery expectations aren’t met.
We’d love the chance to make it up to you. If you're open to placing another order in the future, please get in touch with us directly and we’ll be happy to offer you a discount as a goodwill gesture.

Delivery was too slow despite numerous…
Delivery was too slow despite numerous phone calls. We ordered hundreds of pens and they did not arrive in time for the conference - so we now have hundreds of pens in boxes in the office - waste of money and time. We had other options but thought we would get Fast pens - we called up for an update but were told eveeyone had gone home and it was only 4pm. Pen quality was good but if you need pens within 10 days I would not use the company. Sorry not for me

Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear the pens didn’t arrive in time for your conference.
To clarify, your order was placed with our standard production service, which carries an estimated 3 working day turnaround in production. This is stated clearly on our website, and we do highlight that if a guaranteed delivery date is required, we strongly recommend upgrading to one of our paid express services.
In this case, your order was despatched just one working day later than estimated – on Friday 20th instead of Thursday 19th – and delivered the next working day by FedEx, which was Monday 23rd. So while we regret the slight delay, the timeline was still within a reasonable range for the selected service.
Regarding your call on Monday, our customer service team did try to return your call shortly afterward but was unable to reach you. They followed up with an email to keep you updated.
We’re glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the pens, but we’re sorry that the timing didn’t work out for your event. If you ever require time-sensitive orders in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us beforehand—we’d be happy to recommend a service that guarantees your deadline is met.
