According to them it's delivered, contacted courier, nothing with them. No help from customer service, only told me to contact local delivery and post. But nothing there.

AVOID! Was taken by an ad for a Kraken Rum bottle.Accepted a discounted price for two and receipt reflected this, but sum taken from PayPal was substantially more. Order did not arrive in time for Father's Day or even close. Initially I was given a tracking reference which I have concluded was false. On chasing, I did subsequently receive two empty half-bottles (ca 350ml) - not as I expected from the ad. I still have not received refund for the overcharge. Their communications are polite, possibly AI generated, but can't be taken at face value. AVOID.

Easy to order and kept updated on progress of my order. Was surprised when I saw it was coming from America but in fact delivery was fast. Shame the EVERI delivery person didn't bother knocking on the door despite it being obvious we were in. It was just left by the rear of our property. Good job I was out in the back garden and so saw the package.

Though I like the idea, I think the way the product was/is advertised is somewhat inaccurate.
When it arrived I was very surprised and also disappointed at how tiny it is.
The video shows birds bathing in it. Not quite sure how.
The video gives the impression it is much bigger than in reality.
It is hardly a worthy feature in my garden, I am sorry to say.
I really wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known.

The delivery time seems to be excessive. However we was kept updated as where the order was.
Also the item is a pale shadow of a resemblance of what was shown on the sales page.
I feel somewhat disappointed with the item delivered. The robins look like that are just paper stuck onto the metal.
The allium looks good though.

I didn't receive what I ordered it was way smaller than advertised. I wanted a full refund but they started asking for stuff I didn't have they should know the order number already I'm so unhappy 😔

Item arrived in good condition,very lightweight easy to install.Ideal for a small room for cooling /heating cheep to run and good quality .seller was very informative and item was as described .Overall a good experience.

It was not as good as I expected poor quality

Item not as described still waiting to hear from company re damage to items very poor quality very badly made leaves on items will snap if you try to bend them supports on items far to thin for weight of item these were a birthday present which I could not give as so disappointed with them.

First problem is the lead is too short,the fan is not powerful enough to blow out much cold air,not impressed

What I saw on Facebook was about 3 foot tall tall and what came was only a fraction of the size, beautiful little items, and certainly no where near the size for a memorial garden. Advertisement was extremely deceptively done and would not have purchased if I had known the true size of the items I purchased
