Didn't say it would come from China on website. When arrived was clearly not a genuine item, no labels, poor quality material, sizing and the colour was nowhere near what was advertised. Emailed to return as says "Easy returns" on website but was told had to pay to return to overseas and would only offer 70% refund. Currently being refered to trading standards.

The invoice clearly said 2 cotton sweaters and 1 cashmere. However, this is not true because the label on one reads polyester, one read cashmere and the last one is damaged, i.e. it is coming apart at the seams. They will not refund my money, and they expect me to pay for overseas shipping for their trash. Liars and crooks is my experience with this fraudulent company.

Hatte Stiefel bestellt, die leider zu eng waren. Habe dort angerufen und als Anregung gesagt , dass man für andere Kunden es mit reinschreiben soll, dass die Stiefel schmal ausfallen. Wurde Dankend angenommen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!

Ich bin sooooo sauer, ich habe für meine Tochter UGG Boots bestellt und diese per Paypal bezahlt. Bestätigung erhalten per Mail…….tagelang gewartet…. Nix. Irgendwann geh ich auf Paypal und was sehe ich ? Mir wurde das Geld zurück überwiesen ohne eine Anmerkung, eine Email, oder sonstiges. Ich kenne den Grund nicht. Egal, das zweite mal bestellt weil Teenie Kind will ja unbedingt die Schuhe war ja ein Weihnachtsgeschenk und leider zu klein . Und was passiert ? Wieder ohne Grund zurückerstattet ohne Bemerkung. Kann man nicht ernst nehmen ! Ich hasse euch !!!!!!!!!

I’d was never mentioned while ordering it was coming from overseas, returns do not exist. The shoes didn’t fit correctly and they would give me a 30% refund. I took them to Goodwill and hopefully someone can use them.

Commande passée le 30 juin 2025, que je n’ai jamais reçu. Après plusieurs envois de messages par mail , celle-ci vous reviennent, comme si elles n’existait plus, j’ai même appelé le site en Allemagne mais ils ne comprennent que l’allemand bizarre ? je vais refaire quelques tentatives. Attention plusieurs adresses mails, qu’il communique vous reviennent instantanément ?? Cela semble être une prochaine liquidation. Ou une arnaque

I would pick 0 if possible. The shoes I ordered appeared to be suede but are some sort of thin material. The quality is on par with The Dollar Store or TEMU and when I contacted them to return I was informed that I would be responsible for the cost to ship back to China. I'll keep them and donate them to a women's shelter. Lesson learned!

What a rip off, I checked their website and it looked ok so I bought a jacket of them. The jacket was nothing like the item I ordered and it was more like a fancy dress item and the size was a complete joke to what I ordered. I have emailed them three times now for a refund and no replies.
Warning do not buy , as the quality is extremely poor and they use different pictures to the actual items they sell

No returns labels. Sent twice internationally to them.

First time my courier said they did not take delivery of the parcel despite it being recorded.

2nd time they are refusing to reply to any emails.

Die gesamte Abwicklung von Bestellung bis Lieferung war klar und eindeutig beschrieben.
Schade, dass mein gewünschtes Produkt im Einzelhandel nicht erhältlich war. Mag sein, dass es ein saisonales Lagerproblem war. In Summe gesehen war es ein Kauf mit einer klaren "Win-Situation".

Teilweise sehr gute Designerware zu günstigen Preisen. Manchmal ist Verschnitt dabei. Die Rückerstattung klappt problemlos, allerdings muss der Kunde Versand und Rücksendung selbst bezahlen.

Schnelle Erledigung zum Versand. Nur DHL lieferte spät aus. Ware war super verpackt und gute Qualität.

Ich kaufe und bestelle seit 6 Jahren bei Fashionesta.com ihr seit wirklich die Beste was überhaupt im Internet Anbieter gibt’s !
