I finally got my shoes after the long wait. I love my shoes,they true to size and comfortable. I just had to wait longer than I anticipated with no communication from fashioncrib but I guess it was worth it in the end. Thanks so much fashioncrib for taking my first review in to consideration 😊

It is my first time ordering on this side and i bet i will never ever, i wish i could have listened to the other nagative reviews.

I place the other and my payment couldn't go though and they were quick to respond to that but when i placed an order on the 24th November 2025 the only thing i got was an invoice, today is the 9th December 2025 and still nothing from them and no response. i feel like it's a scam.

Your service is very poor I placed an order on the 28/11/25 and I was supposed to get my delivery from the 2nd to 5th of December till today I haven't received my order I emailed you guys I didn't get a response even on WhatsApp I also tried to call you don't pick up the phone I'm very upset when I check my status my order is still processing

Fashioncrib SA is a scam I placed an order on 30 November 2025 and I haven't received my order when I whatsapp to them they don't reply me and I was supposed to receive my order last week on 2 to 5 December and they are not saying anything I'm so disappointed shem.

I ordered and sneakers last week Sunday and as they promised to deliver within 5 days they didn't fullfil they're promise and I wanted the sneaker for this coming Sunday I'm even thinking of cancelling what's on my list on this app cause it feels like a scam and it's even worse cause they don't answer calls

We placed an order for sneakers, size for a 7½ and we received a size 7. The service is unprofessional and uncalled for, since the 21st of November we've been sending messages on WhatsAppand Tiktok, emails and even calling to have the sneakers exchanged due to the wrong size that was delivered to us. We had to pay an extra R200 courier fee, to have the correct size sneakers delivered, bare in mind, this was not our fault, but we still had to pop out that extra R200. Such an inconvenience. Countless times, messages were sent, and the responses that were vague were sent back with false promises that they will take back the shoes and give us the proper size that we ordered. We've been taken from pillar to post, with no way forward from them, and no sense of acknowledgment of fault. The lack of accountability and professionalism is uncalled for. Till date, we haven't received the correct size and each time, false promises are made to us, as stated above.

Fashion crib is so unprofessional when it comes to taking care of their customers.I made an order for nike portals which l made an order for a size 8 shoes but instead they gave me a size 7.They obviously came small and l asked for an exchange and they charged me a fee of R200,in any case l paid it instantly yet they delayed giving me my new size after l paid and with the mistake they did and l've contacted them in multiple socials but still not getting any responses on time.So fashion crib if you could so being so incompetent with your customers then we would highly appreciate that.

Disappointing experience. Order took way longer than the stated 2 days and wasn't updated about the delay. Wouldn't recommend due to poor communication

They send the wrong sneakers and when u trying to change the product u struggling to get what u want and your refund and when u call them they don't answer the call.

I am still waiting for my order.
The promised lead time has passed now, and no answer on their phone.

Bad service, I ordered sneakers and it was not what I ordered even the size was wrong .worse the sneaker has too many faults and when I ask for a refund they don't answer calls , emails and even WhatsApp messages. They are very unprofessional 👎

What terrible customer service, I have paid in full on Tuesday and wanted an overnight courier as instructed. No answer. Today I get a message telling me the price for over night but it is now 3 days since I placed my order so now I fall into the delivery guidelines of between 1-2 working days for delivery and they have not even tried to contact me. I am going to cancel my order as these shoes are meant for a function tomorrow. What makes it worse is that the business is in Bantry Bay Cape Town and I live in Gardens Cape Town, literally 15 min drive. Unacceptable and so dissaponting

Received my order in time and is good quality.

I am very disappointed with Fashion Crib SA. I ordered the Air Max Plus Drift “Phantom Cacao Wow”
but the size was too big. I contacted them immediately to request a return and refund, but it has now been over a week with no reply at all.

I sent emails and tried calling, but the company has not responded. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for online purchases. I still have the shoes unused in their original packaging, yet I can’t get any assistance.

I am now considering reporting this to the Consumer Commission if they continue ignoring my messages.

I do not recommend this store unless they improve their communication and customer support.

I ordered a sneaker on the 2Nd November 2025,as the site says 5 Working days delivery.On Friday I call to enquire no answer.A wassup message says my parcel is out on delivery.Onky to get a message from the courier guy at 15.50 saying it's collected now.I.orderd it for a event ... Nevertheless the customer service is just not satisfactory at all ..Not purchasing here again

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers i only got one pair and I ordered on the 3rd and received the order today
