Fabulous!
We had a fabulous experience with FaroAirportTransfersTO. Our flight was delayed on the way there, I came off the plane to a message from Miguel the transfer rep letting me know not to worry and that someone would still be waiting for us at the meeting point. We were travelling as a family of 8, so opted for the 8 seater van. Our driver’s to and from the airport were very helpful with our luggage, the van was very clean and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with this company again! Many thanks ☺️

Easy to find in the airport following their directions.
Great transfers, the gentleman even dropped us off back down by the marina after our villa wasn’t ready.

Whole process was easy
Whole process was easy. Instructions provided with the booking were easy to follow. On arrival the rep was there to meet us and take us to the waiting driver. The driver picked us up at the correct time and dropped at the departures area. A very good company, with roomy and comfortable transport.

Very good service
The chauffeurs made us feel very welcome. They are polite, help you with the luggage, make nice conversation. Overall really, really nice. Would certainly recommend!
If we go back to Portugal we will book a transfer again.

Amazing

An absolutely excellent service
An absolutely excellent service. The drivers were very helpful, and the whole thing from booking to pick up was seamless. Booking was quick and easy, and Luis on the trip from the airport was particularly helpful. The return journey was just as good. Would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly. I was contacted on time, and the route was explained clearly. The driver arrived exactly as agreed, and child seats were provided for both children. He was very friendly, helpful, and gave us lots of tips for excursions.
One small downside is the price – an extra stop cost €20, which felt a bit high, even if it may be economically justified. Still, considering the overall service, this was probably the best price-performance ratio available. I can definitely recommend this provider.

Transfers
Transfers were easy to book - company sent an email for transfer back to the airport as had not been booked prior, easy to complete.
Drivers were prompt arriving at pick up and helpful with cases and finding a trolley to help us at the airport.

Simple, punctual and professional transfer service…
We booked a return transfer service from and to the airport for our group of 16, which included adults and children requiring booster seats. Both transfers were very smooth and simple.
At arrival at the airport, there was someone at the meeting point, with a sign and the drivers turned up promptly.
For the departure, I had a phone call the previous day, and then via WhatsApp, we confirmed the time of pick up. They were punctual and got us back to the airport on time.

Outstanding service for our group of 13
We booked transfers for 13 people in advance, including space for luggage and pushchairs, and 5 car seats for babies and children. The two minibuses were waiting for us, the drivers were polite and professional, and the car seats were as requested. On our return the cars were on time and the drivers were very helpful. We would definitely use again.
