Faro Airport pickup and transfer
Faro Airport pickup and drop off in Albufeira for a party of eleven including a baby was very easy. Our driver was friendly and very helpful with our luggage and positioning of the child seat which was provided free of charge. The SMS instructions for the meeting point were easy to follow and made the start and end of our holiday in Portugal so much more relaxed.

Very efficient and reliable service
Very efficient and reliable service. Communication beforehand was excellent, drivers were punctual, helpful and very polite. Vehicles were smart and comfortable too. Would definitely use again.
The only small issue was the return driver had problems finding the villa we were staying in when collecting us. I had given the full address on booking but the driver didn't appear to have enough details from the office to find us. He did call me and I tried to explain where we were, but it wasn't easy as I'm not familiar with all the road names.

Great service
Second time I’ve used this company. Website is easy to use for booking and their customer service is also great - from having someone message you on arrival to let you know where they are, through to the drivers being very friendly and helping with luggage and providing a booster chair for young child. They also amended our pick up time at our request very quickly and efficiently.

Extremely poor transfer.
The meeting point needs a much better visable sign. Language skill during a mobile conversation was difficult. The driver was polite on meeting. The drive commenced quite carefully for the first 10 minutes. Then the driver started speeding (over the signed national road limits). Later the driver dangerously overtook a vehicle, on a road which was completely unacceptable, approximately ten minutes before our arrival at The Portobay Blue Ocean.

As to the specific issues you point out:
- We would be delighted to have a larger sign to make meeting us easier; however, airport policy does not permit larger signage.
- The driver concerned has been a valued member of our team for many years and he is a careful and considerate professional. We will look into this issue carefully as we have a gps system in all our vehicles, and if it turns out that the driving was indeed reckless, we will launch a formal disciplinary investigation and take any necessary action based on its findings.
We hope to have clarified your issues and hope to undo this first impression on a future transfer.

Brilliant transfer service from Faro
We booked a large vehicle transfer to Carvoeiro. Arrival at the airport was the usual madness for UK folks. No issues in waiting for us and transfer was very comfortable. Will definitely use again.

Transfer became self drive

We did not like the drivers propensity to overtake and excessive speed on transfer from airport.
On return the driver fell ill half way back to airport and I was forced to drive the rest of the way in the transfer taxi. We hope he is ok but have a view he was badly hungover which of course is dangerous.

The driver who took you from the airport to your hotel has been working with us for many year and is a reliable co-worker. All our vehicles have a GPS system which allows us to track the vehicle at any time and shows us the speed, itinerary, exact location, among other info. According to our records, on your journey the speed limit was not exceeded.
As to the return transfer, our driver experienced a case of low blood pressure, and he was responsible to stop the vehicle and wait until he felt it was safe to proceed. This situation had nothing to do with a hangover, and we genuinely resent the implication.
