Would give zero stars if possible, my experience is exactly the same as others on this website, an offer of 10%, rising to 50% The cap, bought for husband's birthday, was late in arriving, very poor quality in shape/manufacture/fabric - supposedly denim, but a cheap shoddy fabric sprayed to look like denim. Despite their claim that they will refund within 30 days (as per the Act) they have refused, and this has been going on since May this year. Latest (unlooked for) email tells me I have a store credit! Unfortunately I didn't use PayPal, the first time I have regretted using it!

Bought a Classic Driver cap for £29.95 which arrived today.
3 Issues:
1) It took 2 weeks to arrive
2) The quality is shockingly bad, with loose threads and it looks cheap
3) Returning it is a hassle (presumably on purpose) and involves sending photos and paying for tracked delivery
I wont be using this company again

The company presents itself as domestic when in fact it is a Chinese entity. The hats are rubbish and very cheaply made. Save your hard earned dollars.

4 weeks to arrive. Poor quality made in China. Completely disappointed. Steer Clear!

I received very poor quality product. i got 3 different caps and they didn't fit well, one was predominantly polyester, and a Chinese import. nothing like advertised . i did get a response back apologising for inconvenince , assuring me that the items were uk made etc, and offered an instant partial refund so at least customer response was prompt. unfortunately i don t belive they are uk made.

you can make up your own mind but i regret my decision to buy from here. i have asked for a full refund so i'll update my review when i get it.

UPDATE: absolutely rubbish. similar experience to others on this forum. they wrote nicely worded ad superficaially supportive letters but kept asking for more and different information and went through the escalation from 10-50% rebate or return to a chinese distribiution centre. Thankfully i had paid throuh paypal so my purchase was protected and i have a paypal refund.

Poor quality poor fit. Complete rip off.
Made in China stitching uneven and coming apart after 1 week.
I bought replacement cap off a market stall on holiday for a fraction of the price.
Facebook need to monitor advertisers using their platform, claiming misleading discounts.

My wife bought me one hat for my birthday, unknown to her I bought one for myself from Temu the exact same one, a perfect match for £3.65.
This company is just a rip off don't buy.

I'm always suspicious of websites I haven't heard of, but even more so when facebook suddenly advertises me multiple brands which all use the same model.

Google lens quickly confirmed everything. I was looking at some hats, supposedly worth almost £70, but kindly discounted to just over £30.

Shein was selling the exact same hats for less than £3 each. I'm so angry at myself, I can't believe that I even had over £70 worth of hats in my basket before looking it up? I guess I'm the real idiot, but at least I hadn't clicked purchase yet.

I was looking to buy, but these reviews confirm my suspicions - a fake e-store selling Chinese rubbish.
No phone number, no address, lots of clauses, an unrealistic story, just glad I looked on here...

Hat didn't arrive. Evri said that they were unable to deliver it even though I was dealing with their Customer Services dept! (Farnell wouldn't help in this even though Evri was their contractor and Farnell were obliged to). The Farnell messed about for weeks, refusing my claim of a full refund under Consumer Credit Act. Eventually I made a dispute claim with PayPal who refunded my money almost immediately - thankl you PayPal.
just to say that I have received an email today (23rd June) from Farnell who are claiming credit for the refund! They really have no shame!! Please don't use them, I know that I won't
....... additional - the initial purchase spoke about a free gift. Obviously, given my experience with Farnell, I wasn't fussed and certainly wasn't going to worry about it. Anyway I received an email from them this week which said something like "Great News! Your Free Gift is here.....it was a£10 off your next purchase voucher 😂....I don't think so!

Long delay in delivery (coming from China of course). Quality of hat not commensurate with price, no better than a £7 hat from Amazon. Save your money. Cant be bothered with the hassle of refund etc given how these types of drop shipping companies work.

Ordered 'adjustable one size' caps. Too small for my head and smaller than hats in same size range by other companies. Asked for full refund and was offered; firstly, 15% refund and keep hats, then 30%, then 50%. They offer "30 day return" on their website but don't publish a return address (as legally required) and repeatedly refused to provide me with one - trying to indefinitely delay until I accept only a partial refund. And, yes, 'Farnell' is a Dutch (or US?) dropshipper front for very average quality Chinese hats. Dispute opened via Paypal.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

these caps are shipped from China. Are not cotton as stated. They are just a pile of rubbish. I have been on email with them for ages. Trying to state my case and complain. They have now offered a 50% refund. Or i fund the cost of return back to China, appx £10.00 to get a full refund. Now. As I read consumer law on Google. A product " must be exactly as described " which clearly this cap is not.
I even sent them comparison photos of a freebie cap from a well known robotics company. Also made in China and also cotton. Which it clearly is. Unlike Farnells cap.
What a shoddy outfit they are.

Ordered a tweed cap in May 2026 as a present but it arrived with incorrect stitching one side of the peak. This made it stick out and looked awful. I have sent 12 emails to them over the last 2 weeks. They do not read my replies and keep putting off sending me returns postage and a replacement. Their latest response was to offer 15% refund and I keep the cap - the cap is faulty!!!!!!! I will never buy from them again.

Nowhere does it say that this "company" is based in China. Although the hat took almost 2 weeks to get to me it is a good hat but I'm sure I could have got the same thing from a UK based company, probably cheaper looking at websites here.
I didn't log on to the tracking site as I had a feeling there would be an ulterior motive behind this.
I won't use this site again.
