We made a purchase back in February as we were looking for a new meat supplier.
The items arrived and looked decent upon inspection and things we have managed to eat were good quality.
The issue is the packaging.
First we defrosted some minced beef, it ran all over the fridge, I contact them and their response was it's to be expected to get a few holes in the packaging but it won't hurt the product.
The offered a voucher for the item value against our next order.
Trouble is we've had 2 other items now with the same issue, chicken all over the place.
And I have never in all my years of ordering meat deliveries experienced a situation where the packaging is damaged and I'm told there's no risk of contamination - it's a food hygiene disaster.

Shame though they could be good if they got that bit right.

I wish I have checked the reviews here before ordering. Product quality terrible and customer service useless. Won't order ever again and will stick to more reputable and honest companies. Farm2fork, you may be a small business and we need to support our small businesses but this is not charity. You must provide minimum quality. Otherwise the market doesn't need you!!

Absolute rip off. £25 for a chicken that tasted no better than a £5 supermarket one. £10 for a fillet steak that was cut from the end and so full of gristle that it was inedible and both ended up in the bin. Burgers that produced more fat than meat when cooked - absolutely disgusting. I still have lamb chops and sirloin to try but to be honest I'm expecting the same low low quality. Avoid this vendor at all costs. There are many small farmers out there that produce top quality goods. Farm2fork is not one of them.

I recommend you go to their Facebook page and read ALL reviews. I really wish I had before I wasted my time and money

I order from them quite frequently and am always impressed with the quality of the products along with the speed at which it is delivered and standard of packaging. On a couple occasions they have had to reach out to confirm certain details and are always very prompt and professional in how they handle business.

Great idea, great ethos, great packaging but disappointed with the product. I bought some diced leg of lamb but almost literally 50% of each serving was cut off as fat. At £50 an order, to discard £25 worth is not financially viable. Genuinely sorry to leave a negative view for such a seemingly well intentioned business. At least the fox I feed was happy.

For the past five months, we've been getting chicken and steak from Farm 2 Fork and have been very pleased with everything. Thank you for your excellent service. I hope to continue using you for many years to come.

My order never arrived. I tried to contact Farm2fork and they havn't responded to the message I left on their website and they don't respond to their telephone. No answer. So can't get hold of them. DHL said the delivery was coming on morning 25th Jan. I waited in all day as I was tracking it and it never arrived. Had another e mail the next day - same thing. Then got an e mail that evening to say delivery had been attempted but recipient rejected it and to contact Farm2fork to resolve the issue. It was completely untrue. I was waiting at home for the order. No attempt was made to contact me by phone either. I have spent £152 pounds and never received the order and can't resolve anything because am unable to get hold of any response from Farm2fork.
