Boleto que compré y nunca llegó para la aerolínea Jetblue sin embargo ellos nunca recibieron el
E-ticket por lo tanto no hay boletos
Ahorita que les toy pidiendo el
Reembolso lo ponen como crédito

Son un fraude ,te mandan al final 24hrs antes una reservación falsa y te mantienen cambiando la reservación para que no te de tiempo de hecharte para atrás y las 24hrs que te piden es para que puedan cobrar tu dinero al final cuando averiguas en l aerolínea resulta que la cotización fue hecha un día antes del supuesto vuelo y terminas con una deuda en la aerolínea o peor sin poder viajar porque cancelan la reserva con la cual ya hiciste check in … fraude total que nadie intenten usar esta plataforma

I am adding to my bad review, after canceling my flight on August 4th, my bank called today to report them trying to charge my card for 7 x the original booking price that they cancelled.

Tuve una mala experiencia, me ofrecieron un vuelo a un precio, luego tw dice que no esta disponible que es mas caro, cancelen la compra y aun asi se cobraron dos veces de mi tarjeta de credito.

Mi experiencia con esta agencia fue muy decepcionante. La atención al cliente no cumplió con lo prometido y tuve problemas que no fueron resueltos de manera satisfactoria. Recomiendo a quienes estén considerando contratar sus servicios que investiguen bien antes de tomar una decisión. Espero que la empresa mejore su servicio y atienda las reclamaciones de sus clientes de forma más responsable.

This is the worse company. You need to call and call and nobody help you. They wait until last time to give you a code to check in with the Airlines. Stressing me . And they don't care. And cancel severe time the fly . Very irresponsibles. And for the refund is a nightmare.

i booked with faresprime in march and they promised me that i will get tickets 24 hours before the flight and i got my ticket and boarding pass 18 hours before the flight. i even get free seat. thank you faresprime and miguel.

I bought an eticket, I didnt receive the ticket and I called them a wait for more that 1 hour and never got a response, finally I was contacted via email, just to inform me that price has changed, and it increased by $200.
This website is just a click bait, not worth it, is just a waste of time.

I had a very disappointing experience with FaresPrime. I paid US$239 for an airline ticket, and my credit card was charged immediately. However, I never received a ticket or a confirmed itinerary.

After the initial charge of US$239, I also noticed an attempted charge of US$1,148 on the same credit card, which I did not authorize. Thankfully, I was able to stop the transaction before it was completed.

I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the company, but I was left without the service I paid for. As a result, I have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and seek a refund.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when booking through FaresPrime or dont book on it at all. My payment was taken, I did not receive the airline ticket I purchased, and I experienced what I believe was an unauthorized attempt to charge my card for an additional US$1,148. This experience caused significant stress and inconvenience.

Great prices, tickets came in when they said it would and the customer service was very helpful with communication. My mind was at ease the whole time. Fabian Carlos was amazing

Son Unos Estafadores, una vez realizado la reserva te llama y te dicen que la tarifa subió y que te van a cobrar más dinero; y que el boleto te lo darán 24 horas antes del vuelo.
Tú no Accedes a ello y pides cancelar; no te cancelan Nada y hacen uso de tu tarjeta de Crédito y te hacen cobros que tú no autorizaste, Te roban tus datos de tu tarjeta de crédito… NO caigan en eso.
Un Tal Juan Rivera es el que atendido y dijo que los boletos se emitían 24 horas antes del vuelo. Es estafa ya que no aceptas eso y te usan tu tarjeta de crédito,

Son estafadores , ladrones , no compren con ellos , te roban te cargan a la tarjeta sin autorización .. en la página el tiquete tiene un monto y luego te llaman para cobrar más.sinvergüenzas No sé cómo aún circula esta página . Faresprime ladrones ..

Please. DO NOT buy from Fares Prime. I bought some tickets at the price listed on their website. Not even a minute had passed since I entered my card information when they called me to tell me that the price I had paid was no longer available and I had to pay more. I demanded that they give me the tickets at the price advertised on the website, but they refused. This is a scam. They do this to call customers and charge them more... false advertising... and I will report it to the appropriate government office. One person talk with me and he have different name , Juan , Miguel , Fabio .. (same person)

This website is a total scam. Please be very careful before providing your card credentials. They store your card details and use them later without your consent.

Two months ago, I purchased a ticket from Detroit to Madrid. After booking my reservation, I received an email stating that no seats were available, but they offered another flight on the same day. They called me and said I had to provide my card details over the phone. Because I was in a rush at the time, I complied and gave them the information.

Although I successfully flew to Madrid on American Airlines, the real issue is how they handled my data. They stored all my card details and used them later. Two months after my trip, a transaction of nearly $700 USD from "Jet Airways" was declined on my card. Today, another unauthorized charge of $218 USD appeared under "Frontier Airlines." I am absolutely certain this website is the main culprit behind these fraudulent charges. Avoid this website at all costs—they totally scam people.

**BEWARE*** DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY TRAVEL AGENCY! I booked a flight over a month ago from Denver Co to Charlotte N Carolina for 167.00 round trip set to leave on June 8 6am from Denver airport. I was told 24 hours before my flight departure I would receive my flight confirmation number by email which I never got so I tried to call the 24 hour customer service line only to be told to leave a message. The airline i was to go thru was frontier ( WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY BOOKING) so I called them only to be told their was no record of my flight! I was scammed! I feel like such a fool! I should not have waited until the last minute to find this out, although I did receive a confirmation to my email with my itinerary with the bogus number ab1cde I should have known I was leaving to watch my first grandchild be born! I'm very upset!
